I had a 3:15 appointment and came at 3:00 to fill out paperwork. I didn’t see the doctor until an hour in. Then sit in the waiting room for another 90 minutes just to get an EKG and«physical exam» which is just questionaires, take vital signs and listen to heart and lungs. There were at most 3 patients at all times… so why the 2 hour wait for a 10 — minute tasks? I am so done with Asian doctor offices.

This review is for the in-house PA, Coleman Ho. He took his time, listened to my concerns, and was very considerate. He is by far the best PA in the SGV. Make sure you request Coleman if you come here. I’m bringing my husband to see him next time!

I was parked in a 2 hour spot(there is never parking inside) and when I finished seeing the doctor I asked the recptionist if she could please maybe hurry things up because cause I didn’t want to get a ticket.(Do you know how expensive those things are!!!) The rude receptionist next to her gave me attitude and basicly called me out. First of all I wasn’t even rude about it I just really didn’t want to get a ticket. Second of all I’m sorry if it took me two hours to see the doctor. I am a receptionist for a doctor myself I know you must have a lot of patients to deal with but I don’t think you should have a job where you interact with people daily if you can’t keept it together. Maybe she was just having a bad day but still not an excuse.

The two-star rating is given to a young Latina employee at the registration desk at Room 203 and her supervisor, who failed to properly supervise her. Her attitude toward patients is uncourteous. She needs to learn the proper manner toward customers. And she probably has a bad relation with other employees; that’s why she sends patients to other employees with an attitude, maybe hoping that customers let out their air on other employees. The Asian employees there are much better.
