they are so rude here. i usually go to annas across from them but they had so many people in line i didnt wanna wait. annas french tips are only about 12 – 13 where as here is 17. no way was i gonna pay 17 for a pedicure. the lady was rude and she made me walk with my feet wet and without shoes to pick a color… i did not have a good experience here and i can why others dont either

Let me tell you why i gave them 1 star. They keep insisting on adding more shit then i want. They asked me like 5 times, finely i jusy gave in and said out loud. «fuck it, if it will get you to stop asking me give me the fucken treatment. all i wanted was my toes done so i can relax
Plz dont fucken spend any money here. So rude. After she asked me for like the 3^rd time she said somthing to her freind. Ofcore i cant understand it but you can see the context in it. And im sure she was talking shit. … fuck this nail place

First time here and my nails seems to be done by a kid. Don’t even waste your money and time here. I asked for a refund and the entire team started yelling at me! Plus the material wasn’t clean!!! And of course I didn’t get my money back!

I have been coming her for the past 9 years and i have to say that Julia is the best!!! I always make an appointment because she is always busy. She always does exactly what I ask her for. She is sweet, honest, and creative. I also bring my daughter who has been getting a mani since she was 2, nothing major but the simple fact that they treat her as an adult means a lot to me. I cannot see myself going anywhere else.

Ladies and gents, if you like being hassled to get gel nail color, and then get treated like crap after choosing regular nail polish, then this is the place for you ! I felt very rushed and so annoyed at the fact just because I didn’t want to spend more my service was less than acceptable. Never going back.

If you ladies are looking for a great place to get bikini waxed this is your place! I’ve been coming here for about 3 years to get waxed & have not been disappointed! Ask for Julia, she does an awesome job! & I recommend to make an appointment like one or two days before because she gets booked! The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because they do take a little while to take you in. I had my appointment at 10 & didn’t take me in till like 10:20ish. It happens quite a lot. But other than that I really love my results!!!

This place really deserves zero stars but sadly, not an option. Let me start off by saying I’ve been going to This place about 12 years ago and every year this place gets worse. The only reason I still go here is to see ANNE or Susan Julie or Julia is the rudest of them all. While waiting for my pedicure she starts shouting «hello» «hello»! Instead of getting her lazy ass up she yells at me and gives me attitude. This place is not only dirty but they are expensive for the shitty service they provide. So disappointed in what this place has become. Tip: bring your own tools. They hardly clean theirs.

rude workers just gave a lot of attitude I felt uncomfortable like they didn’t want me there the price was $ 12 for a fill she chaged me $ 25. Didn’t talk to me once or look up at me at all tried to talk to her about the color I had a picture of the nail color I wanted but she just completely ignored me and said what color you want very pushy very crowded place but just overall not a good experience probably won’t return at all. So I gave her a tip but I usually tip a lot more oh well next time I will find a better place. They did not have any nail polishes that I liked I almost left when I was picking out the color & when she hurt me fingers a couple times but I just wanted to get it over with. This is supposed to be a place to relax I hope they know.

Let me start off by saying they are the rudest nail shop I’ve ever been to. Went in for a nail change, there was a person getting there right behind me they asked me to sit then asked the lady what she needed and she said a full set so they got me out of the chair and sat her down and told me to wait (I was there first) I automatically walked out the door!
Never again will I go there, neither will I ever spend my money there!!!

Not only is everyone rude (which is sadly kinda normal in any nail places) but this facility is dirty. I went in for a fill and they barely even welcomed me. They cut my nails into coffin shape when I specifically asked for a shorter almond shape. I took it as they did not understand me so I did not make a huge deal out of it. The stations are gross and they re use the same tools without cleaning them often there’s a pile of nail dust from the whole day not even the UV lights are clean they have nail dust in them. I was really disgusted and their nail samples suck for Gel I chose a tinted black and my nails came out barney purple lol they charged me $ 30 at then end so I gave them a $ 20 and told them that is including a generous tip that they do not deserve. Lesson learned. They should close down they suck and are kinda pricey. GO TO BELLA’S or NAIL PRO! The only good thing I can say is that they are open later than all the other nail places around which is why I had to go there.
Advise for the owner:
Clean your fucking stations
Pay attention to your customers
TRY to be nice and welcoming
CLEAN YOUR NASTY ASS FACILITY… oops I said that already
oh and the Asian chick with tattoos in the front usually doing nothing but having a nasty attitude and treating your customers like garbage. go to school, get a better job, get a better fucking attitude cunt. =)

They did my acrylics really good! Also a very reasonable price. :) I will be coming back here again soon!

This place is one of the worst nail salons ever! I came in for a simple pedicure on a Friday. Ended up waiting for 20 minutes, waiting for the nail artist to finish her lunch! Then I proceed to get the worst pedicure ever! It was uneven and she didn’t file all the nails straight, some were completely crooked! Its sad to say I could have even done a better job, and maybe I should have. Dont come here unless you want a really bad job on your nails. I went home and took it off immediately so I could fix her entire job. I’d be embarrassed to be walking around with such a bad manicure. What a complete and total waste of time and money.

Let me start by saying I won’t be coming back here ! They should seriously sterilized there equipment! I didn’t like how one of my nail look the clear polish was stuck to my skin I mentioned it to her she cut it off but fuck up the red polish she said better ! I didn’t want to argue and the lady that charges was already standing next to me (really) ! Another lady ask to Fix it to make me happy, why couldn’t the one that fuck it up do it!!! I’m so mad !!! I should of just done it my self it would off look the same !!

WAY TOO EXPENSIVE for a fill. $ 27? Are you kidding me? They charged me $ 30 for a full set! You mean to tell me you’re going to charge me $ 3 less than the price of getting the nails in the first place and just for a fill? EVERYTIME I need one?! JUST CRAZY!
2^nd I specifically said no gel! Nothing to do with the UV light because I have severe photosensitivity and the light gives me 2^nd degree burns and JULIA STILL went and did as she pleased and still used it! When I complained about it and pulled my hands out from the light I was already bleeding and JULIA tried to pass it off as the result of cutting me during the filing of my nails. Ummm, how does blood come from the back of my hand then? She still had the audacity to say ‘oh I’ll just charge you $ 3 for the gel instead of $ 5 then. … $ 2 dollar difference at the expense of my health, going against my will and hurting me? I will be filing a complaint and suing! Also just to put in there, THEY USE THE SAME FILES FOR SEVERAL CUSTOMERS! I repeat they DO NOT change files per customer! Disgusting, unsanitary and so unprofessional!

I came here 2 weeks ago after leaving Bella’s nearby. This place is extremely cheap. $ 10 for a pedicure, $ 18 for a gel manicure.
Shayla did my nails … she did a great job. BUT WTFUCK. WHY AREN’T THE TOOLS YOU USE ON ME STERILIZED. She literally wiped off the previous client’s cut cuticles before cutting mine. RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME.
They shouldn’t even be open right now. What if I got an infection from that, disgusting. Place needs to have a visit from the health inspection.

Got seated right away without an appointment.
I got a mani and pedi and the manicurist did a nice job on them. However, there are two things I’ve noticed: 1) the tools they were using are not sanitary 2) they didn’t use a stronger glue for the studs on my nail design. The studs fell off after two days.

I was going to go to another nail salon, but I mistook this nail salon for the one I actually wanted to go to. They were also open on Sunday, so I thought why not? GOOD LORD, SO MANY REASONS WHY NOT!
I got a pedi and it was the most painful pedi ive ever had. The lady wasnt even paying attention and cut my nails way too short, now they are extremely sore. I took a closer look and she actually cut the nail below the nail bed. How do you do that???
As she was doing the cuticle she dug too deep into the sides of my big toes.
It hurt so much I screamed out in pain and I started to sweat.
This place needs to be shut down.
DO NOT COME HERE.
I am looking into giving a complaint to the health department. I have no idea how they’re still in business.

Do yourself a favor and do not come here.
Lady cut five out of ten of my fingers.
Had to repaint my gel acrylics cause she didn’t know what she was doing.
Working on commission trying to have the next person seated before even getting you started.
Rubbing neosporin with her unwashed hands on my open wombed cuticle cuts while they’re bleeding.
The very next day two of my nails broke. Sloppy paint job. The worst experience in my life.
