I was recommended here by my local eye doctor. I had been experiencing some blindness in my right eye and I went to his office. I was greeted by very friendly receptionist (very handsome young men). I didn’t wait long before I was called in by a young lady. She asked me questions in a very professional manner as to why I was here. I explained and she took notes on her fancy computer gadget. She placed eye droplets for my pupil to dilate, then I was sent back to the waiting area to wait. I waited for about 30 minutes then I was called in again and placed in another room to wait for the doctor. When he entered the room, he greeted me with a warm smile and a firm handshake. He examined my eyes, explained what seemed to be the problem and answered all my possible questions. Very patient, this man knows his stuff. Very educated and I felt that I could trust him with my eyes. Turns out I had a PARASITE in my right eye. He gave me the proper medications and asked me to return in about 2 weeks. Those 2 weeks I freaked out because I had gotten worse (blind on right eye) so when I returned I told him my concerns and felt like the medications where not working. Again, in the most confident voice ever he told me I would get better and to have patience.
I regained my eyesight back after a month and I’m happy I trusted him with everything! Very professional doctor! Recommend him for any retinal diseases.

the doctor here (that my dad has said to me that this doc is real good and a good person) and his male staffs are awesome in care and behaviors/​conducts of respectful, knowledge, diligence, and kindness to patients.
but i would like to let the doctor know that my dearest and honorable dad goes here regularly for his appointments and the last time he was there which was 3 weeks/​20 days ago, the short chinese hong kong girl employee who was «supposed to be» diligent in putting eye drops in my dad’s eye many times DID NOT put many times to soothe and prevent the pains at his eye.
she was absolutely and ridiculously VERY LAZY.
failing her duty. big time!
my dad went home with so much pain nonstop at his eyes like never before (because other prior numerous times he had his visits, the guys would take very good care of him) but not last time.
to know that and to see the excruciating pain my dad was in as i stood next to him at home made me feel extremely disappointed in regards to this medical office that would hire a rotten employee who is that certain AWFUL short chinese hong kong girl employee who needs to be very much fired. we can sue her.
i love my dad VERY much. my dad is my life. and i love taking very good care of him. i’m daddy’s girl so imagine how much love i have for him. if anything happens to my dad due to the short chinese hong kong girl employee’s horrid irresponsibleness, i will take legal action against her.
i want doctor joseph fan to know this and correct the short chinese hong kong girl employee’s AWFUL lazy behavior or most likely we request to fire her. because after what had happened to my dad, we no longer trust that short chinese hong kong girl employee. no office especially the medical office ever needs a nightmare employee as her.
i hope she will no longer work there because i don’t feel my dad is safe around her. period.
this review will remain as this until justice from the doc of letting his awful short chinese hong kong girl employee go and by then, i will review better with more stars.
in the meantime, the doc needs to understand that patients as my dad need to be goodly cared for and protected/​safe at all times that he is there because my dad and i «had» trusted the doc and his office.
there should be NO bad rotten employee as that short (according to her description) chinese hong kong girl employee working there. she really makes this office look bad.
