Wait time: Appt at 4 pm. It’s 630pm and still waiting… The nurse told me 830 basically because they book appts too close together, so by the time I go in for a basic 15 min Endoscopy it’ll be a 4 – 4.5 hour wait.
So if you want to not eat all day and love long wait times this is the place! And dr Ho and his staff are the people.

The receptionist named Jo is rude and unprofessional. While calling in to change an appointment, she basically vented to me how many patients she talks to per day and how she doesn’t have enough time in the day to do her work. Then further states that calling in to change an appointment takes out too much time out of her day.
The appointment they give you is between a 3 hour duration, so you are expected to wait long hours.
Please look up this doctor before you decide to go here. He does not receive the best ratings and he is not the only doctor in town. I called my insurance adjuster and just changed to another doctor. I rather save myself from further harassment from the staff and possible negligence from the doctor.
Since they seem busy, it might be possible that the doctor doesn’t care how his staff treats his patients as long as he gets paid. However, one can truly tell the treatment you will be getting when the doctor decide to have his staff be the face of his business.

Horrible staff.
Reception’s attitude is horrible. No manner at all. When call to cancel an appointment (I am talking about I can in a week in advance, not on the same day), the nurse gave us a terrible attitude and even threaten if we do not come in on the scheduled day, we cannot go back to see them in the future and the doctor will not see us in the future. First of all, how could a reception make this decision upon the doctor which patient they want to take and which don’t. In addition, the doctor is not the only doctor in the neighborhood, nevertheless, he is not even the most well known /​best doctor. Obviously I don’t care if they will take us in the future or not. I AM DEFINITELY not going to see this doctor. If you like to be harassed while you are sick, then maybe this is the clinic you want to go to. But not for me. People with no patient and heart for others should not be working for a clinic. I wonder if the doctor knows his reception has been kicking business out for him.
