Who closes a donut shop in the middle of the afternoon? Waited around 10min after they said they would be back and nothing! I waited over 30 min cause my son was craving a donut! Not good for business!

The service there is Horrible. The lady behind the counter is sooo Rude. The food is okay but I will never go back there again. If I could give negative 5 stars I would. Oh one more thing, she is soo cordial to the male customers.

Delicious donuts. Fluffy and big. A new baker is making the donuts and they’re tasty too. Go early cuz they run out. Was there at 8am and glazed donuts were gone.

poorest customer service ever. so we went at 9am and there was nobody there. was going to step in and buy something. guy was just sitting outside looking to see if people are«stealing his parking». if your business is worried so much about people stealing your parking you aren’t doing your job to make those donuts better. will never ever step into this place again.

Came in to dine at 4 pm. Didn’t feel like I received the warmest greeting. Family kids running around making a lot of noise while I was eating. Food was ok. No free refills on soft drinks. No thank you’s. Small selection of donuts. Would recommend Shakas next door instead.

Worst customer service ever. The owner make you feel that you owe them money. They are hard working couple but they need to treat people nicely.

Wow… went in the evening to buy some donuts to satisfy my sweet tooth and it turned into a sour tooth. I asked for half dozen donuts and as I was choosing my donuts, a bee landed on the donuts. I didn’t say anything at first just to see what the lady would do(And also because I didn’t want to yell gross!). So then after I said there is a bee on the donuts, she chuckled and proceeded to kill the bee with the same tongs she used to grab the donuts with! She even continued to serve me two more donuts with the same tongs! Omg! Disgusting! Never again with this place… eww

A star is even too much for this business, first off the customer service is horrible, the lady did not want to make my order(a burger) because«kitchen was already closed.» Second the lady tried ripping me off TWICE within the same transaction. First time she said a total of 10 dollars for a donut and a coffee, I asked her why so much and she laughed and said sorry, and this time she tried 6 dollars!!! I laughed and told her she was funny to make it known I knew what she was doing. Crazy lady, be careful guys!

This lady tried charging me $ 8.50 for just a donut and coffee so I asked why was it so much and then she laughed saying oh its 6.60 which I still thought it was expensive I mean ive been to other donut shops and never pay more than $ 5 …ok well some other time I went for a burger when I ordered it the lady told me sorry our kitchen is close … this is fake advertising from the restaurant about selling burgers or at least they dont say kitchen hours this happened in a sunday about 2:00 pm

I stopped by one morning to grab a donut for breakfast. It definitely gave me a «Wow» factor when I had my first bit of their donut. Never had such airy and light donut before… and never expect such good quality donut from a random mom and pop donut shop like that! Today I went back again in the afternoon, it came across my mind if the donut would be as good because it’s already late in the afternoon, and they didn’t disappoint me! It was as good! I preferred the glazed one over the sugar one. Very satisfied after eating it! Thank you JJ! By the way, the ladies are very nice to us, welcome us with a smile and reminded us to get 3 instead of 2 donuts as the price is about the same. This place also serves Thai food and burgers/fries, will definitely come back to try it soon!

Rude service. I ordered pad thai and asked if the chopped peanuts could be served in a separate container because my son is allergic to them. She said, «I’ll put them in the corner of the of the food.» I said no, it’s dangerous for him because he is allergic. Could you please put them in a small container separately, even a Ziplock bag? «I don’t have any container! No peanuts then!» Sheesh. I said OK. Then I got home and opened the pad thai and inside there was a small plastic container with chile in it – oh brother! Why couldn’t she have put the peanuts in there so the rest of us could enjoy? Not getting the darn peanuts was not the issue – it’s that she was so mean and unaccommodating. It’s not as though she was busy. They only had one other customer. BTW, the pad thai was very greasy and mediocre. No green onions! And the pineapple fried rice was the blandest I’ve ever had.

I didn’t have high expectation of this place since I walked in thinking of getting a quick drink and a donut but end up getting pad thai. The lady was friendly and nice, took my order and went into the kitchen to prepare straight away. I got it to go to but in all seriousness if I stayed and eat over there, I would have complained it to the cook. The pad thai noodle was raw. I was so pissed off after the first bite thinking that maybe the rest of the noodle was cooked but nope. Whole thing was raw, hard, and barely cooked. I understand that maybe she just messed up and cooked it too fast but it’s unacceptable. 2 stars because the staff is friendly and the drink was cheap but damn, don’t order thai food from this place.

Their donuts get a 4 star rating. I’ve been here at least 4 times and never left without at least 2 donuts. However the woman behind the counter is pretty damn rude. Never friendly and when I’m indecisive she silently stares at me as I look over the case. Service aside, I’ve had the glaze, cinnamon, coconut, chocolate custard, and apple fritter(? the bear claw looking one) and they’re all good. As simple as glaze is, I think it’s one of my favorites. Not a big fan of cake donuts so haven’t tried those. I also ordered take-out once to visit some friends. Pad see ew and pepper chicken, and was really disappointed with both dishes. The pepper chicken was COVERED in pepper, as if they spilled a ton of pepper on it, that was all you could taste. I’ve had alot of pad see ews as it’s my favorite thai dish and this one was the worse I’ve had anywhere. Would only come back for donuts.

The place has gone downhill. The biggest downgrade has been the service. The people there are absolutely rude and grumpy. In one ugly instance, the cashier did not smile, did not say hello, and simply stared at me as if to say«hurry up and order.» I went there because my nephew saw an add for a donut burger. They had an add at the door, an add at the counter, and a large banner hanging inside the restaurant. However, when I asked for one, she said they were out of donuts for it, so then when I said I would come back tomorrow, she said they don’t make it any more. Then I asked why they had the adds up if that were the case, and she looked at me crabby like and said, «we just don’t serve it.» In another instance, an older man came to buy some donuts and his debit/credit card did not work. For some reason, after insisting that it worked, the cashier(a different one) got upset with him and started to yell at him. The cashier insisted forcefully that his card did not work and then yelled at him to leave. He made a really ugly scene out of a minor card read error. I am not sure what is going on there but the people who I remember working there when I was a kid were not rude(definitely not the friendliest but they weren’t nasty). Ive heard there was a change of ownership and so maybe that is the problem. Now, the food there is fine, not the best but ok. The burgers use to be really great but they they lost their flavor now. Fries are typical frozen thick cut fries(not great either). Donuts are good. The one good thing, everything is pretty darn cheap(under 5 bucks for burgers and fries). The inside has just a few seats. Most people don’t dine in, its more of a place to grab and go.

Best chicken pad thai in town! Being here in an Asian food mecca, that says alot. Their shrimp fried rice is really good also. Haven’t tried their hamburgers, but my sons swear by them. Their donuts are pretty good. Not too heavy or overly sweet-just the way I like them.
