The address to this location is misleading on the map, its actually next to Applebee’s in the strip mall with the AMC (not across from it) .
Came here at 5ish and there was still a line at the drive thru which was surprising. Not only that but it took FOREVER to get my food, which is unacceptable for a «fast food» chain. Like if I had 20 minutes to waste I would have gone to a real Mexican restaurant.

Cleanest taco bell i have ever seen. Friendly staff and food is perfect just how its suppose to be.

Currently writing this as I eat, the drive thru lady is an idiot, she messed up two orders, didn’t hand us straws or napkins and when we pulled up to let her know she gave us the look of death like we’re doing something wrong. AVOID THIS PLACE.

I was stuck 20 minutes in the drive thru just for them to tell me they were out of what I ordered. The cashier who I’m certain was a trainee disappeared and a few minutes later they offered different options that I’d have to wait 10 minutes for. I wonder if this is why their drive thru takes soooo long? You shouldn’t let customers wait 10+ minutes for an item and hold up the line and customers behind them. I will never ever come to this location again. Horrible!

Where to start. First of all I walk in and it smells like a sewer and as I ordered the cashier kept giving me dirty looks. As I go to sit there’s trash on every table and all the table have some sticky substance. And if that wasn’t enough they messed me order up TWICE! I was eating and they put more chipotle sauce than anything else, after I specifically said no chipotle sauce. The drinking water was dirty and had a horrible smell! And the cook went to take the trash out and didn’t wash his hands! I wish there was something lower than one star. I will NEVER eat here again. DISGUSTING!

I wish they had a lower star to give or a blank if possible. First off we go inside, it’s a dead vibe and it smells like a broken sewer line. Then we decide to order the meals and the food was horrendous. Tasted like shit, and smelled gross. Never coming here again! Especially with the rude ass lady in the front. and after ruining the order twice, proceeded to giving me a «f u» stare… pissed off

Like to come here after watching a movie at the theater next door. I Like to order my vegan friendly burritos. But Taco Bell needs to do something about that STANK!!! Woo it smells can’t enjoy my burritos at peace.

I usually come in here regularly. I usually come in for happy hour or get food for lunch during the day. I was in there yesterday in the drive thru and had the worst experience from these people ever there was an older woman who was very obnoxious and rude on the drive through window trip when I was placing my order and trying to change it she was more obsessed with what drink and what order she could be conveniently tempting her thought process instead of what I was trying to convey. She was very smart very smart tomorrow and short by the time I finished my order I knew was going to be messed up. Then when I got to the window she wasn’t there to turn the mic over to some young kid who question what I ordered and was confused and asked three separate times what sauce is we want it and I said no the first time no the second time so the third time I was upset and asked if I said no first and second time why would it change? These people yesterday were just the epitome of the stereotypical stupid fast food worker. They got the drink sizes wrong then she did my son, they acted as though they couldn’t understand a simple order. So what happened yep tacos what wrong my son wanted its soft they gave him hard my extra cheese was non-​existent in my burritos in fact my extra onions went there. I didn’t get what I paid for this one location cruise the nickname taco hell. I bet if I would have asked for a freeze they wouldn’t give me the same sob story they do every time that their machine is broken because they don’t want to do it. these weren’t regular staffers so I don’t know who these people were so they better get it together but I’m staying away for a while I have no qualms about not running for the border

The (older) woman who works drive thru is an idiot! She doesn’t even know the products advertised on the menu! She kept trying to charge me for something I DID NOT want because her simple mind couldn’t figure out what I was ordering! No wonder she’s in her late 30’s still working fast food!

If you are looking for a cheap and fast meal, then this is the place where you want to be be at. The dollar menu is life saver, especially for a broke college man like i am. I would recomment the beefy burrito (dollar menu). However, what sucks about this place is that they put 80% of cheese and barely any meat. Then again, its only a dollar.

Visited this location today and was surprised at how badly the place smelled. It literally smelled like human waste the minute you enter. Then when I went into the women’s restroom, there was no way to get any soap as the dispenser was missing from the wall. It makes me wonder how the employees wash their hands. The paper towel dispenser seemed to be made entirely of rust. There were no employees behind the counter either. I couldn’t bring myself to eat here. I contacted the corporate office to let them know of these concerns. Hopefully they do something about it before people get sick.

They suck and are fucken rude !! Glad they weren’t to me or else I would have gave them an ear full. You got a ding dong at the register and older rude Spanish speaking women in the back. Never snap at customers ever !! No matter how annoying or needy they are you just don’t do it !

Went in to get some dinner and had to cancel my order right when I was gonna pay because a roach popped up and started crawling across the counter. No thank you! Won’t be going there again.

Before we go to the movies my wife and I headed to Taco Bell for a quick snack. My wife order the chalice combo and myself I notice a new items call the cantina menu I got the cantina salad. The cantina salad is really good with good flavors. The salad cone with pieces of chicken, guamole, tomatoe, cheese I enjoy it very much.

Order the Chicken Quesadilla. Cheese tasted like cheese whiz. Tasted yucky. Won’t order this again. Had the breakfast burrito there before and it was pretty good tho and that is why I stopped by for a quick lunch, but I was disappointed.
Service was fast though.

Food is taco bell standard… place is a mess they should really consider remodeling the place because it has been the same for the last 15years. Customer service sucks, girls have attitude and get upset when you have them repeat your order because they got it wrong in the first place.

This is probably the nastiest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to! Employees are young and messing around in the back. Drive-​thru takes FOREVER the bathrooms are disgusting. The inside tables are dirty and smells like a dirty mop inside. Everything that can be wrong with taco bell is WRONG with this one. I love Taco Bell but this place is BAD. I’d avoid going here if I was you.

The loaded grillers!!! Ohmigatos! Delish! I was bummed a little that they got rid of the buffalo chicken ranch one but very pleased that they replaced it with the chipotle chicken one: D I don’t recommend steak here. It taste kinda weird. I do like the service here very much. All the employees here are very friendly and patient too because I have recently become a slowpoke upon ordering. (rubs off my bf I guess) I don’t feel rushed at all and my food always comes out fresh.

Food is delicious! I still haven’t had any problems from this location. The cashiers are usually female teenagers so I can’t be too critical. They take my order and charge me that’s it lol I’m not expecting the service I’d receive from Samba haha
The food is prepared fairly quickly and there’s plenty of choices for soft drinks which is a big plus for me and my friends when we go. Parking is never a problem and there’s always clean tables available upon entering. Great place to get a reasonably priced meal whether you’re leaving AMC or just passing by.

I come here for the cheese quesadilla and their bean n cheese burritos but that’s it. It’s Taco Bell, if you’re here looking for good ass authentic Mexican food, you’re loco.
