Starbucks

I’ve been to this SB location a few times and I never had a bad experience with the wait times for my drinks or with the employees. The only thing is the lil napkin/​sugar area is always real dirty.

This is the worst starbucks I ever came… they dont take card, or the app, and they have no manners at all! They dont even greet us with a smile they just look mad all the time. They made my coffee wrobg it sucks.

Service is bad. The morning shift ladies are rude, I thought it was me and went back on separate occasions, nope. Drinks were okay, don’t really reccomend not to mention it wasn’t until I was being charged that the lady told me oh you can’t use your phone to pay here, even though she clearly saw I was going to use it to pay. Avoid it…

The girls who work this location are amazing! They remember my drinks and are always attentive! Irene and Yessenia are the sweetest things ever. I’ve never had an issue.

Service really low
Drinks are ok but the ladies working in the mornings are really really rude which makes me not wanna go anymore, I hate complaining but they are just too much.

Horrible customer service! I’d rather drive to the REAL Starbucks on Atlantic than come here. REAL Starbucks employees know how to treat their customers.

Unfriendly barista. Grumpy cashier. Not even a thank you. Doesn’t accept the starbucks app. Charges 0.25cents for cup of water. I’m in the military and I’ve been to a lot of starbucks branches, by far this is the Worst starbucks I’ve ever been to.

If you’re looking for a coffee fix and you always come to Starbucks for it, then you certainly can’t go wrong. After all, coffee is their specialty.
If you want to be adventurous and try something different, such as a strawberry banana smoothie, then you’re probably in the wrong place. Now this is what you’re probably thinking: Who goes to Starbucks to get a smoothie? Given that I had some gift cards, I decided to give it a shot. Evolution Fresh is pretty good from what I’ve heard, so why wouldn’t this be halfway decent? Needless to say, the smoothy was just alright. It tasted more banana than anything, even though it’s supposed to have strawberry in it. For $ 4.25 (Grande only), pass on this and get something different.
Overall, 3 stars because this is exactly what you would expect from a typical Starbucks.

so this is a Starbucks inside a Albertsons and since it is not, (in my mind) a real SB everything is just subpar. Go to any SB and you receive a level of customer service that is what u expect. Not the case here. It seems they just take a Albertsons Employee and make them the Starbucks person. Probably a little formal training but definitely not real baristas at a normal thriving SB. I don’t know why it seems like there is just always attitude here. If you don’t like your job, quit, or transfer please, because you give SB and Albertsons a bad reputation when it is a great store. I try to avoid this place but we get our groceries here and I’m a coffee junkie so I’m still gonna go but hopefully it gets better and the employees pick up the Starbucks culture or just put up some coffee thermos’s already.

I came in and ordered a hot chocolate for my girl and daughter and the Laura was kind enough to offer a kids hot chocolate which was perfect for my daughter… it was a small cup and was at room temperature, she loved it… happy girl and daughter means happy life

It’s been a while since I’ve been to this starbucks since I did not have a nice experience last time. but I was grocery shopping and I was really craving a chai tea so decided to stop by.
They seriously need to hire new people.
I am just surprised about how rude the service is! I honestly can’t be the only one who has complained. It’s the type of rude service that makes you not want to come back. I’m so done with this starbucks.

Okay! This Starbucks is the closest to my house. And I love that it’s so convenient. I love that The baristas always suggest new drink recipes when I want to change up my drink! My drink is always made perfectly! Yes sometimes it can take a minute to get your drink. but if your a coffee addict like I am you know it’s totally worth it!

Worst service ever. I was in line before so many people and they got their drink before mine. I thought when you order a drink they would automatically make yours first and not have you wait a long ass time after everyone else gets their drinks. Never coming back.

Starbucks inside Albertson’s.
I am not much of a Starbucks fan or coffee drinker. Honestly, I only go to Starbucks maybe twice a year when there’s a drink promotion going on. For shorter lines and being the closest Starbucks to my house, this is the location I’d go to.
The drinks are no different from other Starbucks. However, I just feel that the service can be better to make the whole experience more enjoyable. The last few times I’ve been here, the barista (not the same one) almost never have a smile on her face. In fact, they were always grumpy or annoyed about something.
The taking order part of the wait time can also take a while because they don’t seem to know how to operate the cash register too well. Especially when there’s a promotion, they need to flip through their packet to find the code.
Another main reason that I prefer to come to this location is for the kettle corn! I am not sure what time/​day of the week those guys are there. But when they are there, their red tent is set up right by the entrance of Albertson’s. I believe it’s $ 5 for a medium size regular kettle corn (:

Starbucks near work! Yay! That is always a good thing!
Located inside Albertson’s. Kill two birds with one stone! This location is just at the entrance of Albertson’s and you would walk to the right of the bar area to get in line for the caffeine of choice.
The service is pretty quick with a good selection of pastries, or just walk down the next aisle ;P
