Morning employees are cheerful & always greet. Compared to other 7 – 11’s where they’re grumpy and rushing you out. I love coming here in the morning.

I’m a huge soda drinker, so therefore I own one of those big gulp jugs(1st fill is free). I don’t appreciate how 3 out 5 I come here for my BIGGULP I get charged $ 1.39 instead of the 99¢ it should be(surprising I know) and sadly I don’t notice until I check my receipt. I feel they should know the refill for the jug is only 99¢ in their location. The employees here are ehh not very chatty except for Aldo, I like how he is always smiling and laughing. And I have him to thank for introducing me to their diablo chicken sandwich! It’s soo good!

Usually go in the early a.m. around 4 – 5. Staffs are always nice. Place is never dirty. Maybe they do better for the early morning/late night shift(?)

I go to this 7 Eleven almost everyday. The staff during the day aren’t as friendly as the one’s at night. The line just to check out can get really bad at times because they are always so busy.

The main reason I come here is because it’s really close to my house. There are way more negative things to say then positive so I’ll start out with the positive. Plenty selection of hot foods and cold foods plus the parking lot is huge. The selection of beer is moderate. The negative things about this 7⁄11 is that the posted prices are either wrong or just not there, the old man is rude a’f! No customer service skills at all, the alcohol doors are locked after 7pm, 99 cent soda refills are for souvenir 7⁄11 cups only, does not sell mozzarella sticks or pizza yet.

Horrible service! Never coming back here again! Their drinks are nasty! They really need to fix their machines. I came 11÷01÷13 around 4:45pm. I served myself a small amount of lemonade to try it and it was more water than lemonade! I threw it and got something else… when I went and pay, the rude guy tells me that next time he is going to charge me because I threw the drink? Wtf? Fix your machines! Maybe that wouldn’t of happened! The store is dirty too! Sticky floors. Sticky everywhere! I would give this store 0 stars if I could!

Bad Customer Service!!! I went in there Saturday 10÷6÷12 at 5:30pm. There were 2 cash registers open and approx 5 people waiting in line. We would all wait in the same line and when a cashier opens up the next person would go to the open register. I get to the front of the line and go to the open cashier the guy glances at me and starts to count the money. It would of been fine if he said this register is closed wait for the other line. But this guy doesn’t say a word, maybe he doesn’t speak English. Maybe i should of paid more attention in Spanish 101 so i could of said, «hey amigo wtf». So after a while of just standing there im looking at this guy trying to count out 20, $ 1 bills. You would think how long can that possible take right??? So i go back to the end of the line and now the line is longer than when i first got there. Either the guy was pissed off for getting paid minimum wage or cuz the shirt he had was 2 sizes too small. Im going to the 7 – 11 down the street.

It has been a much better experience since they fixed up the joint. Everything was updated and kept really nice. It has not been tainted yet with the ghettofied city. Still a typical 7– Eleven but they made the store alot nicer so I have to give them credit for that. Just don’t go late like at 3:00 am because the cops frequent that place around then. My car broke down once after a few drinks earlier in the night so I at most had beer breath but certainly«above the influince» haha. I stopped in the parking lot and asked to borrow a flashlight and they acted like I was gonna beat one of them over the head with it. But one agreed to walk over and shine the light on my problem but he was probubly thinking he would find something incriminating in the car and make an easy bust or something. Trust me my brother is a cop and he thinks like this. At least he was not a dick like the others. .

I come to this 7-Eleven almost every weekday for my coffee. I live a block from another 7-Eleven but I can’t stand going in there unless I have to because, well, they’re dicks. When I come to this location in Montebello, Margie(the owner) is always there to greet you with a smile and little convo. Her staff here in the mornings are always very nice and make sure that everything is well-stocked and that there is always freshly brewed coffee. This location also has the best array of coffee condiments. They have about 8 different kinds of International Delights creamers, Black Shots, a bunch of regular and sugar-free syrups and about 12 different types of coffee. And if you aren’t a coffee person they also have a few teas. Of course, you can always grab hot dogs, nachos, go-go taquitos, and whatever grotesquely processed snack food that your heart desires.
