Reliant Urgent Care of Montebello

Maricela & Gilbert Benitez made our visit both pleasant & comfortable, under the circumstances (we’ve had chronic bronchial spasms for a month & felt terrible, with no signs of improvement). Both of them had excellent customer service & bedside manner.
To be quite honest, I was initially worried about coming down here. But the staff is friendly, the clinic is clean & we were able to get the medical attention that was needed.
The only area for improvement for this clinic could be the wait time. If they are able to streamline their processes so that patients are in & out faster, that would be amazing. From check-​in to check-​out, it took us about 2.5 hours. Pretty average for a walk-​in, but it could certainly be better.
We would definitely come back here if we needed medical attention and did not have medical insurance coverage; or even if we did & we did not like our PCP.
Ask for Maricela, if you need anything. She makes this place.

For starters I love the fresh clean look of this facility and has up-​to-​date equipment. But the most important thing is the doctor and the staff are wonderful here. I miss when doctors use to sit down and talk to you and really care about you and today I found that here with Dr Suarez. He was very cool and very professional and told me what I had. Straight to the point but took his time at the same time. Definitely will go back if I need any other treatment.

Dr. Navid was an amazing Dr. He knew what was going on with my mom right away. The nurses were very nice and caring to. I will definitely recommend this place. Thanks
