This by far the worst urgent care, doctor’s office I have ever been to in my life! They are inept, rude, lazy and down right incompetent! The doctors bully you, the rooms have bugs crawling around and getting information from anyone is like pulling teeth. If there was a way to give negative stars…

I wish i can give them NO star. It takes a whole months to make appointment with my medical doctor whose office is also here, she does not even take walk in. My husband and I were trying to have a baby, i had UTI on Feb, could not see my medical doctor, so i went to their urgent care instead. He precribed Some Antibiotic. I told him i might be already pregnant, is this med safe. He ensures me that it is. I took th me med for 3 days as directed, symtom did not go away. I came back to urgent care, see another doctor, who was very mean, she try to brush me off within less than 3 mins of seing me. She said, i need another 4 days of the same antibiotic. I tried to asked her if it is still safe to take the med for another 4 days since i might be pregnant. She got upset and said l: «you should not try to get pregnant now if you are taking this med, it will mess up your baby» then rushed me out. Left with no clear answer, i called my pharmacist and was told that he would not recommend this medicine since it is catergory C. Study had been done on animal but not human showing the med cause harm to the fetus. I called the clinic back and trying to file a complain, they let me spoke to another doctor who apologized for my experience and prescribe me a safeter medication. I Had my period a couple days latter. It was late, it was never late but there are no evidences that i can prove them wrong. I got pregnant again the following month, confirmed Via pregnancy test. I called and tried to schedule appt with my dr, so that i can get refferal to OB GYN clinic. The next available appointment is almost a month away. At the 5^th weeks, i started to feel some pain in my pelvic areas after i exercise and it get a little intense here and there so i went back to the urgent care. I saw doctor sean Mclaughlin. He ran a series of tests, ultrasound and decided that i have UTI again then precribe me some more antibiotic. This time i want him to ensure that it is safe, i even. Confirmed with my pharmacist. I Took the med right away because i want to make sure by baby is safe. An hour latter, he call me back told me the lab result came back, i have yeast infection, bacterial vaginosis and also UTI. He need to switch me to a stronger antibiotic. He also said if my condition is not treated, it may cause premature labor. I got panic called my pharmacist who confirmed that the med is a catergory C, similar to the one i took in Feb. She also said since i am only 5 weeks, it is too early in the pregnancy she would not recomend me to take it. I asked her is there is any other alternative, so i don’t have to take the med. She recommend another type which is not oral. It can be inserted into the vaginal area. She said it is a catergory B, and is safe. I asked her to call doctor Mclaughlin to discuss about my concerned for me. He told my pharmacist that he will stay firm with his decision. I then took the med. A fews days latter, i called the clinic to check on the rest of the labs result doctor Mclaughin ordered. He was not there, i called back the 2^nd time spoke to the nurse. she was reading the result for me as negative for bacteria, negative for fungal… i could not believe in my ears and start questioning the nurse, she said doctor Mclaughin was in that day and that she will have him call me back. I Never received a call from him. I called my medical doctor who works in the same area after receiving no response from doctor mclaughin, she told me stop all the medications, she said i am pregnant and i should not take the med. She tols me that she will talk to the OB GYN clinic and will get back to me. i called her back a few hours latter and was told OB GYN doctor advised to stop the antibiotic just use the med for yeast infection. I came to the clinic the next day to pull most of the lab report was done that days and they are negatives. There are some particles found in my urine sample but the repeat urine culture came back negative. I then request to have all my medical records because i am serious about changing the doctor and leaving this clinic for good. I was told anything more thab 10 pages i need to file a request and it is done by an office in El Monte. I filed the request, i was told someone will get back to me about the records. It is now weeks since i request and i received no phone call from them. I will call them monday to find out what happend with my request. I am now 8.5 weeks pregnant and still wonder what kind of harm his misdiagnosed had cause if any to my unborn baby. It is a terrible experience. It changed my view and faith in doctors. Please don’t come here if you are pregnant

Very bad service I been in here more then an hour and half and they haven’t even called me to see the nurse nor anything. They have really slow service and they don’t even provide you with good medication its off the counter medicine I basically wasted my time and I could of just gone to cvs my self and get my own medication

The wait time in this Urgent care is terrible!!! 3 hours minimum plus another hour inside the exam room waiting for the Doctor!!! I am Very upset! I do not recommend this Urgent care! Been there a couple of times and this is the last time for me!

I made the mistake of visiting this place 5 days ago. First off, I thought the whole point of urgent care was to avoid all the wait and drama of the ER experience, especially when it’s for not so life threatening ailments. But not here! This place was a zoo! Tons of people waiting for hours to see a doctor, babies crying, small children running around misbehaving.
Everything in me said walk away; however, I had been battling a cough and congestion and could not get in to see my Primary Care Physician that same day, and I thought it could be the start of a sinus infection and wanted to get it taken care of ASAP. So I decided to bite the bullet and wait.
And boy did I! I waited 1 hr and 45min to have my vitals taken, a little over 2 hours before I was called in, and nearly another hour before a doctor came in to see me!
When he finally came in and asked what I was there for, his initial remedy for me was to take Over the counter meds, Like claritin and Sudafed! Uh, hello! If over the counter stuff was working I would not be here! When I told him the over the counter stuff was not helping, he contemplated whether or not to give me antibiotics. He then left to discuss what my treatment should be with another dr. When he came back, he decided to send me off with a nasal spray and Singulair. At that point, I didnt care what he gave me; I just wanted to get the hell out of there! I was tired, hungry, and irritable. Upon leaving though, It dawned on me that he didnt even bother to check my throat, listen to my lungs! Nothing! The only thing he checked were my ears! What good that did! I wasn’t there for an earache!
Anyways, what this marvelous dr. Gave me didnt work. So I went back to the dr. Today. A competent one! And it turns out I have Bronchitis! I was prescribed Azithromycin, prednisone, cough syrup and a potent anti-​inflammatory shot! So much for preventing my illness from getting worse. I will never visit this urgent care again. Hell, I wouldn’t send my worst enemy there! Poor quality care.

The Chinese lady that take your vitals is rude as hell and get angry fast. Doctors are nice and front desk needs to get training in customer services they are also rude. Went in @ 12:40 came out at 5pm the wait is insane. This place needs Improve.

Seriously the worst doctors and medical group I have been to. I tried going to them today because it’s close to my house and all I needed was something small. I don’t know why I though it would be an okay idea to go back.
I got bit on my face by a mosquito and it’s very swollen, I told the doctor I wanted an antihistamine shot to get the swelling down TODAY as could not go out like this. She declined and gave me pills instead saying the swelling will go down in 2 – 3 days and it will make me tired/​drowsy… Did she not hear me properly? I want to go out… I cant go out like this, 2 – 3 days? I cant go out drowsy and tired. 4 hours later and its still just as swollen, with what i asked for it would have been gone. She totally did not address my concern.
Every doctor I have had here never address my concerns properly or listened to me. I will have to go to my private doctor on Monday before school most likely who WILL help me. This medical group is a joke. Avoid at all costs! 1 – 2 hour wait minimum even when there are only 2 – 3 people ahead of you and they wont even help you or address your concerns, this is not the first time I received poor care here.

I’ll give the doctors 5stars but the wait in urgent care is ridiculous. UP to a 4hr wait every time I come and no lie. THEY ALWAYS FORGET ABOUT ME WHEN THE PUT ME IN A ROOM. WTF?! Every time I come-​really…

Never been to an urgent care. Came here thinking it would be quicker than ER and also because the situation was not an emergency. To make a long story short, we probably would have waited a lot less at an ER. The wait for triage was about 1 ½ hours. Not even L.A. County hospital takes that long to call in a patient for triage. I gave them 3 stars though because the staff was friendly and the doctor was funny so it made up for the horrible 6 hour wait! We’re easy to please I guess lol

Came here on a Sunday for tonsillitis and was fm given a one time doze shot of penicillin which according to the doctor should have suffice. Not the case at all. It’s now Tuesday and my tonsils are looking more infected and disgusting than ever. Clearly the doctor made a mistake by not prescribing something stronger or more antibiotics to take home. The worse part is that it’s not the first time. But I still come here because it’s closest Urgent Care to where I live and it looks decent/​clean. However the outcome has always been disappointing.

It is May 28^th. Next available date they can see me is June 22^nd. What is really the point of having insurance if your getting shitty service.

AWFUL AND DANGEROUS!
I was sent here because I have a possible melanoma. The doctor saw me and told me to wait a week and see if it disappeared by itself — in which case it would have just been a hemangioma — but that if it didn’t I should get it taken out and biopsied right away because by the shape and placement of it, it could possibly be a type of rare, aggressive cancer. I asked if he could biopsy it then, he said no. I asked if I should make an appointment then, he said no.
When I called, they said they couldn’t get me an appointment for 3 weeks, which feels like a lifetime when you’ve been told that you may have an aggressive cancer (for comparison sake, a friend of mine was diagnosed with something similar a few years ago, and she died within 6 weeks of the diagnosis).
I told the nurse the doctor who first saw it and said it was urgent. She said he didn’t write it down. I asked her to ask the doctor himself. She said he’s a visiting physician, and that she can’t track him down. I asked her to ask the assistant who was in the room as he told me it was urgent. She said that since she’s an assistant, her word will make no difference. I asked her to ask another doctor, and she said she can only do that (only ASK) tomorrow. I asked her to speak to the referring physician about the urgency, and she said it would make no difference. I asked her to refer me to another facility and mark the referral urgent, and she hung up on me.
When you’re playing with other peoples lives, you cannot be that flippant. I want to report them to some sort of medical ombudsman, but don’t know if there is one. If anyone can point me in the direction of one, please let me know.

Pretty bad experience! It’s a shame that you go to urgent care because you realy need help and you are not treated well. The fron desk was very rude and unprofessional. We were told that there were two people ahead of us and we thought it shouldn’t take that long. After 2 hrs wait, seeing at least 10 people before and after us being called in and leaving, we finally decided to inquire what’s happening, why we are not being called in since we had only two people ahead of us. The response was rude and unreasonable saying they’ll call when they can. We waited for another 15 minures and decided to leave as it seemed they are not going to call us for another long while. It’s rediculous how bad their service is. I don’t think i will ever go back to that facility, as this was my second bad experience with this facility.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD! The urgent care is so unprofessional and beyond ridiculous. I came in after a horrible accident with a severe head injury and in a lot of pain. They told me there are 2 people ahead of me. After 2 hours of waiting, we asked how much longer it will take because we noticed EVERY SINGLE person that came in after me had already been called in and was leaving. They kept saying we won’t know how long it will take. The front desk women both times I’ve gone here were extremely rude and spoke with attitude as if they didn’t care about my situation. Very disgusting service. I ended up leaving without seeing a doctor and I felt much worse than when I had went in. I will never go here again and will cancel my next appointment here. If you have an emergency, you will be here ALL day with no help, and on top of it, be lied to about wait time and feel worse than you did before going in.

I had to find a new doctor because my insurance changed at work. This place was recommended by a family member. So far, everything has been good. My children’s pediatrician, Dr. Kim has been very thorough in their physical exams. My doctor, Dr. Alarid is very popular, and therefore difficult to get an appointment with, but she is worth the wait. She made some very good recommendations when it comes to controlling my asthma and allergies. I needed a referral to the dermatologist and all it took was a simple e-​mail to my doctor. Even the urgent care doctors are very helpful and thorough. I’ve had a variety of experiences when it comes to the urgent care, sometimes we get through right away, and other times the wait is long, but each time, the doctors and nurses have been kind and helpful. I formally had Kaiser, and my experience there wasn’t bad, but it is much better here.

Not bad wait time. I came in the door right at 10pn when they were closing and they saw me right away. The doctor was young but knowledgeable.
I’d go back if I needed to.

They were fast at seeing me for sure.
However, the Dr. (I’m not even sure she was one, I should have double checked) was not very helpful she gave me a generic synopsis of my condition and sent me on my way. I had to ask for the +‘s… Dr. s note for work and prescription for pain… she didn’t even put much thought in the note or the time frame for my recovery.
So if you want to see someone fast and get half-​fast treatment this is your place:)

My little brother had an emergency and I called Urgent Care to see if they were open. The receptionist, Erica, was very friendly and informed me that they close Urgent Care at 10pm. I took my brother in and we waited a reasonable amount of time.
Overall, the waiting area was very clean and they had a television for patients to see while they waited. The doctor that saw my little brother was very friendly and informative.
I was very grateful and happy with their services.

I hate the fact that I’m reviewing this place because it means I had to come here for urgent care. Testing my culinary skills, I inadvertently sliced my finger open. It’s a good thing this place is so close. Unfortunately, I came here at the peak of flu season so while I suffering with a bleeding finger, I’m breathing in viral flu gunk in the air. Anyway, back to the review-​this place is full care with treatment rooms. It’s like a mini hospital. They’re not open 24 hours but in a bind, it’s better than going to the Emergency Room. Next time I cut myself or I’m really sick, I’m coming back.
