Been coming get here pretty often since there’s plenty of washer and dryers but today our washer stopped in the middle of the cycle. Tried looking for someone but no one looked like they worked here. Was looking at some Mexican dude and he was just constantly talking on the phone so I thought he was just a customer. I tried valling the # on Unilocal and its a damn fax machine. As we’re looking good for someone for 5 minutes, I saw the dude walk into the office. He looked at us while were looking for someone for help and said nothing. Finally I said something and there were no apologies and he told me why I opened it. First it was locked, then it unlocked and I opened it. Clothes were still soaking wet. In another washer but thats another 30 minutes wasted. Lame customer service, I rather pay more for a place that has people actually working. This place use to be decent but it’s now a circus with lame parents letting kids do what they want. Go find a better place than here.

As a college student using her own pocket money to wash clothing (my blankets couldn’t fit in the campuses washing machine) I thought 4 dollars for the big washer was a bit pricey, but besides that the place is nice. It’s pretty clean, and there’s a boba place in it, also if you’re hungry there are a few eateries close by as well.

Would give more stars but…my washer at home just broke, so I rushed over since this place closes at 11. Got here at 9:40, Perfect. Ha ha ha. I had to beg to wash one load but I am not allowed to dry. Btw, the sign says no wash for the larger machines after 9:30. I’m using the smallest machine. Takes 30 minutes. (Doing the math in my head). .. Hold up!!! I still have time to dry. (Angry face emoji)

This place is pretty great. Nobody likes doing laundry but this place makes it alright. They have new machines and a built in BoBa place with awesome selection and a friendly person on staff. Will definitely come back

Love coming here! The service is great and the coffee is wonderful. The workers are also very nice and helpful. I recommend this place to everyone for a good wash for a great price!

I’ve been coming here it’s only 25 cents less to wash the new washers are up a quarter so now they’re the same as the other places. the only time the machines and the areas are clean is when they have that Mexican lady that works her butt off today April 20^th today the Mexican attending was not there there was some old Asian lady with glasses that looked like she was going to die some of the washers had bits of paper like when someone leaves paper on the pocket inside the washer there was powder soap on top of the large loads there was liquid on the floor the floors were dirty and she was filling up the water machines and accounting machines. oh and she doesn’t speak English as I found out. yeah yeah okay okay yeah yeah ok ok ok okay thank you okay

The reviews are trure. Always clean, attendant on site. The coffee shop provides for a great aroma while doing laundry. This is definitely my new spot.

Place is pretty clean. There is always an attendant around keeping an eye on things. There are a variety of washers and dryers making it convenient for any load size. The TVs help pass the time.
Only thing is they don’t go by the posted business hours. Although on Unilocal and the sign posted on the door, it states they close at 11pm, the evening attendant decided they close at 10pm. She said she needed an hour to clean, so that is why the sign has 11pm as closing time. Huh?
In summary, pretty decent place just know they close at 10pm, not 11pm.

This place is kind of hard to find if you don’t know where to go but once I found it I was happy. I walked in And found the attendant, there was a language barrier that was a bit frustrating but I should be used to that now. I used the fluff and fold service and they’ve charged me the cheapest so far. Clothes were nice and clean and smelt great. The reason o did t put the fifth start was because I gave her my number to call when finish but I never got a call. I had hoped to have my stuff same day, I waiting till the third day and just went in and got it. It was ready and waiting but I would have appreciated a text or call. I’m going back though.

Always clean!!! There’s always someone to help you and before I got my washer and dry I was here every weekend it was fast and clean. That’s what I like a clean place to wash.

Clean. Free wifi. Big screen TV’s. Water service. JITB next door :)
It’s not 24hrs. I just asked and its 6am-​11pm. Last wash is at 9:30pm. My only complaint is the old dirty looking restroom in which are of course made dirty by dirty people. I would rather walk over to Jack In The Box where I can buy an Oreo shake while I wait for my clothes. It can get pretty warm in here but they try and keep it ventilated. Friendly owners.

This is a nice clean place. Has a $.25 House of the Dead game that works. A few big screen tv’s. Went in around 8pm on a Friday and felt safe. $ 1.25 for a single top loader and $.75 for 35 minutes of a drier. And they have all those other bigger ones too. Last wash is 9:30pm. Closes at 11pm. Workers were working hard!
