If I can give this company a negative 100, I would! If you want to be treated as a customer, don’t do service with them. The owner is a douche-​bag. He promise a price but the customer end up getting shaft (less money than expected)! He only cares about himself and treats the customer like a Hebrew slave. I hope karma sticks a huge pole up his a$$. So he can feel how the customer feels. His phone number is 323−506−5540. Call or text this dough-bag.of a owner. I am surprise he is even in business.
Anyways, the details about this transaction. Yesterday, I call around asking for prices of my car. This douche-​bag baiting me to his trap. It worked. Obviously. He offer a price and decided to send a tow-​truck the next day at 8:00am. However when 8:00am came. nobody came — text him. He said they were on their way. 9am came and gone. 10:00am came and gone. 11:00am came and gone. Finally 12:30pm came and he finally said that the tow truck is here. Well, there were no tow truck but a car. The driver were nice and helpful. Can’t say the same for the owner. Obviously. I couldn’t blame the driver, as he didn’t know; what was going on. After waiting for 4 ½ hours I decided to take the non agree offer *roll-​eye.*
Moral of the story is NEVER do business transactions with Auto Junk World. You will be screw over.

These people are horrible they tell you they’ll be there in 2 hours they show up in 4 and they give you a price over the phone and when they get there they change their offer dont waste your time with these people they lie and do not value the customers or their time

This company is a rip-​off. I called to get a quote on my car, because I couldn’t afford to get fixed. I spoke with an Eric, he quoted me $ 300.00 for my car, not once, but twice. We both agreed that we could meet the next day due to being late in the day already. Within an hour after speaking to Eric, I was out running some errands and my complex is secured, you have to have a remote to get in, unless of course you follow someone in. I pull in to my car port and here is some guy standing in the middle of the parking lot screaming who lives in apt. ??? I said I do. He then informed me he would like to see my car and I informed I spoke with Eric, his boss, and had agreed to meet the next morning. He insisted and was very pushy. He asked me what his boss quoted me I told him $ 300.00. He stated for my car he would give me $ 200.00. I said «no», I was given a quote of $ 300.00. So he quickly looked over my vehicle and said, ok, please sign here, here, and here. After signing he reaches in his pocket and gives me $ 200.00. I was puzzled at this point and was in no mood for an argument. I should have ripped the papers up, but I have never done this before so I really didn’t know what to do. I called Eric, his boss, supposedly, and informed of the problem. Eric then tells me he will call his employee to find out what happened and he would call me back, well no call. This company pulled the old bait and switch on me, probably because I am a woman and my husband was at work. A note to everyone, BE AWARE of AUTO JUNK WORLD, they are thieves!!! This company is not only NON-​BUSINESS LIKE, BUT PATHETIC! They don’t even deserve 1 star, but I had to choose at least one in order to write this review ugh!
