This place is shady and the people are rude. After having a perfect credit account with them for over 2 years, I went in to make a small purchase. The store clerk gushed over our account stating how beautiful she thought it was and she offered to apply us for a greater line of credit. We declined and she rang up our purchase. Without our knowledge or permission, the woman ran our credit anyway. This hard inquiry f##ked up the credit score we’ve been establishing and when we confronted the manager after seeing the hard inquiry on the monthly credit report, she stated that they hold the right to run any credit holders credit at any time without informing them or obtaining permission. Totally f##ked up. Buy your jewelry somewhere else, and pay cash or put it on a credit card you trust. This place is absolute trash and so are the employees.

I signed up with Daniel’s so that I could begin to build my credit at 18. I am almost 19 now and have had my account with them this entire time. Usually the service is decent, not great but not poor. [[The quality of their jewelry is not the best. I have purchased earrings that had to be replaced 3X because they kept falling apart and that is when I decided to exchange them.]] Until a little over a week ago when I went in to have a Ring I purchased from them sized. I bought engagement ring size 7 and I pay the insurance on it every month. I am faithful with my payments, never late. When I went in they told me my finger size is a 5.5 but they only cover a Free sizing one size down. So they told me it would cost $ 55 per ring(so $ 110) to fit it to my finger. Not understanding why I pay insurance for it to not be covered I asked if they sized it to a 6 then I returned again to size to a 5.5 would it be covered and I was told it would. But I was rudely interrupted by «America» the Manager and was told that sizing it twice would not be recommended. Why would I be paying monthly for Insurance on the Ring but they do not cover for me to have it fit my hand?! So angry I told her to just do it to the 6 so it stops falling off my finger. This makes no sense at all! And it made me angry that they were not kind about my confusion with the policies. The person I usually deal with was not there and for the rudeness they have lost a customer!
