Very good, very large bagels. Zero complaints with the food, the price, or the service.

The best bagels! Pricey though– $ 10.95 for bagel with cream cheese and Nova! Great for deli lunches. Had the Hampton sandwich was delicious — ham, turkey, swiss, Cole slaw, Russian dressing on rye– YUM. Always a line. Grab bagels and head to Montauk lighthouse.

Not sure what all the good reviews are about. When I went here it was a sweat fest. I ate a bite of my bagel and chucked it Bc I couldn’t stop being grossed out about how sweaty all the employees were. Idk how a food business doesn’t have air conditioning. Won’t be returning.

The bagels were very good but they charged $ 3 for a small bottle of Fiji water and $ 5 for a large iced coffee…

Hit or miss. A few times I’ve hard pretty hard bagels and after toasted they crumble to bits other times fresh and delicious. I like this place best when someone else picks it up for me and I don’t have to deal with the confusion. Awkward lay-out. I never know where to order/pay/stand/etc. Last time I went the cream cheeses were not labeled… the lady just asked what kind I wanted but I wasn’t about to ask her to list 20 different types. With a little more organization I’d give Goldberg’s 4 stars.

I just don’t understand why anyone would stand in line for 40 minutes for this place. Why don’t they just staff this place right. Everyone behind the counter looks like they are walking in circles

Food is very good, but how can you justify $ 14/lb for Chicken Salad??? Easy to say I won’t be buying any salads there EVER again! Would’ve given 4 stars, but can’t believe that price…

Best bagels in the Hamptons. Real NY style bagels with the right taste and texture. My favorite is Nova(smoked salmon) on an everything bagel, cream cheese, tomato, red onion… simply heaven. From July 4th weekend to Labor Day the lines are around the block. They have like 5 locations in the Hamptons and the consistancy is perfect every time. Love these guys. Goldberg’s Bagels Are Simply The Best! Rock on bagel boys… Rock on!

Long line — cramped place. We finally make it to the front and ordered a egg sandwich and hasbrowns. We were told there were no hashbrowns only homefries so we took a second to decide if we wanted them. The guy taking our order started huffing and puffing like we were a burden to him. Additude not necessary.

Decent bagels and a solid breakfast sandwich. Good breakfast spot if you’re looking for something reliable with no frills.

Great bagels and cream cheese. Place is what you expect for a bagel store. Seating for about a dozen or so.

Huge fan, great sandwhiches pastrami rawks Bagels, egg sandwiches and spreads are delish. Love the chicken, salad, and BLT are on point. The staff is happy, efficient and many orders with accuracy in a timely fashion. Definite breakfast and lunch winner Ive been yo at least four of their locations and have yet to be dissatisfied or dissapointed.

Oh yeah, this place is the jam. I’m not a New Yorker so I had never really experienced the authenticity of a Jewish deli until Goldberg’s. My gosh did they get it right. Perfect bagels that are crisp on the outside and soft on the insides. The cream cheese and deli meats were also top-notch. Reasonably prices with indoor and outdoor seating. The line is long but they keep it moving along fast. Great Montaunk establishment!

A total standout during our trip with some of the best bagels I’ve ever had. I say that living above a great bagel store in Nyc. Friendly staff and a great selection of beverages.

These are the only legit bagels and flagels I’m aware of in MTK. Pretty sure they supply some of the smaller outposts around town, too. They aren’t as good as some of the fine specimens you will find in NYC, but for the area, they are perfectly tasty and will satiate your craving for good bagels and schmear. It gets crowded on weekend mornings, so the earlier you get there, the better.

I’d give it 4 stars except… some of the food handlers are clueless about the purpose of vinyl gloves. I observed that they neither changed gloves after handling the order book or anything not food. Could be that they are not trained or that they are just not supervised.

The only legit bagel place in Montauk, Goldberg’s is mobbed in the mornings, so prepare to wait a bit if you want a bite in the morning… I like that Goldberg’s has healthier options on the menu, namely the Powerhouse Wrap(Egg whites, Cheese, Turkey, whole what wrap). What’s even better is the Spicy Powerhouse Wrap, which is the spicier sister of the olé PowerHouse. You get a spicy sauce and spicy cheese on that version. They’re both decent wraps, but very heavy and sometimes a bit sloppy. But what can you do? They also have a decent self-serve coffee area in Goldberg’s for when Coffee Tauk is closed. Coffee Tauk is our go-to spot, but the other day, we had to go back here for our coffee needs. Not too bad — they have Arabica decaf, hazlenut, and regular. All pretty good for a lil CAFFEINEJOLTNAMEAN. My only issues with GB’s is the wait really. The wait times here with the summer MTK crowds are monstrous. So be prepared in advance.

Reliable bagels for Montauk. Can’t say I love a chain in Montauk, but I do frequent here because I miss my NJ bagels in the summer and this is the closest I can get. However, I often get an egg wrap when I go to Goldberg’s. They have a variety of different types, but I order egg whites, cheese and ketchup on a whole wheat wrap because it’s so warm and yummy. The one I got recently had a little too much wrap and not enough egg. Will have to ask for more egg whites next time. Oozing with cheese! Added bonus is that they have Arabica bean coffee which is always rich and delicious.

Awesome spot to grab breakfast or lunch. They have really amazing bagels and their selection of cream cheeses is really great, I’m a personal fan of the plain cream cheese and the lox cream cheese. You can’t go wrong with their breakfast sandwiches either. Everything is made to order, so it’s hot and fresh when you get it. For lunch, you can’t go wrong with their matzoh ball soup. It’s some of the best I’ve ever had. Their sandwiches are amazing as well, they have a huge variety of deli sides too. Makes is really great to grab a lunch to go to eat on the beach. Can’t beat the price too, really great for Montauk(where things can get a little pricy). The staff is friendly and funny. Not always the most efficient, but if you’re in a big rush, I’m not exactly sure why you’re in Montauk to begin with.
