Golden Gate Confections has the most delectable shortbreads I’ve ever tasted, it’s even better than Tartine(which is saying ALOT!)! GGC does not have a storefront, they do all of their business on-line and ship it to your home. I have a dear friend that knows one of the owners so I have been devouring this shortbread for awhile and I can not get enough! For the past four years I have been eating the Original Shortbread, and it is absolutely divine. You can taste the pureness of their ingredients, feel the wonderful texture, and it fills your mouth with butter and decadency. Up until yesterday I thought this couldn’t get any better until I tasted the Passion Fruit and Coconut Shortbread! Are you kidding me? This was phenomenal! Passion fruit and coconut was nice and light and didn’t overpower the usual vanilla-buttery flavor. They use fresh and organic ingredients in their products and it shows! I highly recommend you give them a try it’s a big bunch of deliciousness, in a box, delivered to your house, Yum!
