Amber Rose catered a party for me a couple of weeks ago. The food was so good that people sent ME thank you notes! Eighty people attended this «heavy appetizer» evening event.
Amber worked with me ahead of time to develop a menu to fit my tastes and budget. She worked consistently with me through the process leading up to the date — attending to all details. The goal was to allow me to enjoy my 50^th birthday party without worrying.
The food was delicious (and completely consumed by my guests, though we did not run out). The service by wait staff was impeccable — before, during and after the event. The setup was beautiful and included Amber procuring tables and chairs so that I wouldn’t have to.
Amber prepared dishes in my kitchen which served as entertainment for the crowd — she is so accomplished and friendly and truly enjoys sharing her gift with others. When the party was over, there was not a dish left in the dishwasher or on the counter. It was as though they had never been there, except for the great memories of having enjoyed the delicious food.
I highly recommend Amber Rose Catering for any type of event — parties, dinner parties, breakfasts or personal chef services. She prepares fresh and delicious food with impeccable attention to detail.
It is a delight to behold.

Last month I held a tea party for 50 of my closest lady friends. The whole bit, hats, dresses, prizes and goody bags. The nearly perfect day was made possible by having the catering done by Amber Rose, private Chef. Her food, the delicate appetizers served warm and those wonderful calorie-​free little sandwhiches with no crusts, all made from natural ingredients, the healthiest stuff, were to DIE for! People could not get enough of the scones, the delicious homemade butters, the jam, and the fruits were exotic, fresh, and a perfect tea time treat.
Another day, I had a small afternoon gathering for 10, and I had all the trimmings, but just needed a hot dish. Amber showed up with a stuffed veal loin that I popped in the oven to reheat, and it was tough to find any leftovers that day! She is the greatest, and I only review people and places that are the greatest! Call her! She can COOK!
