We ordered a pizza online and the approximated wait time was 40 min. An hour and a half later, we still have no pizza. My lunch break is about to end and I’m left sad and hungry. When I called to ask about the status of the pizza, their response was that other people would be waiting longer. Thanks. I feel so reassured now. My belly is full with this satisfying customer service. Nope. Never getting delivery again from this location. Not having enough drivers to get the job done is just bad management.

I applied for a delivery job with these guys and I was called back but I declined the offer when I found out that they send drivers out to the«southside» at night. And apparently, that angered the manager, even though I did try to call him back and ask for an in-store position. They were rude and laughed and finally«Gary» said«uhh he ain’t gonna call you back. LOL The puzzling thing is, I don’t know why they were jerks to me. Why doesn’t «Chris»(the manager) just get on the phone and tell me no? I was very nice and compliant with these guys and I’m being treated like a nuisance. If they want to be ugly to me for no reason then they won’t have privilege of me being their customer either. Oh well. Their loss.

Having lived in Texas, I was used to having Papa John’s all the time. Little did I know that there was one here in Monroe! We went here for to grab some pizza for dinner amidst the crazy studying during finals week. Pickup took about 15 mins or so. Had we known that we could have ordered online, we could have saved even more time! The staff were helpful and friendly despite our indecisiveness in ordering. Can’t go wrong with a pepperoni & sausage pizza right?!

I missed papa johns so much! Seriously, jonny’s cant hold a candle to this place. This is a brand new location, but everything is up and running– ordered online just the other day. Love their breadsticks!
