JKA Well Drilling & Pumps

JKA drilled a new well for our community system in east King County. We had a 35 year old water source serving 8 homes that over the years slowed to a point of not being able to keep up any longer.
With a community system it was complicated, but JKA was great in pointing us in the right direction to get necessary permits and engineering in place. They were clear on requirements, paperwork and lead us through the project. Their online estimation, approval and payment process is easy enough to work with too.
Knowing we were running out of water they prioritized our project. Once we had State and County permission to drill, they were there within days. The team worked through a challenging drill operation (deep drill, lots of rock and tight drilling quarters) and got it done for us quickly.
We are happy to finally be over our water shortages… our new system seems reliable and efficient. JKA was also responsive in fixing a few other mechanical and plumbing issues before this big job — it was not the first time we called them and we would definitely call them again should the need arise. Their team members are courteous, informative and seem well experienced at what they do.
For other well repairs… previously I had called upon a few other companies in the area (which will not be named in this review) that I will never call again. I would say JKA is definitely on the list for someone to call when there’s a problem or when you want the job done right, they stand behind their work too.

My well pump stopped working this morning and they had a guy out before noon to look at it. Turned out to be the pump control box and he didn’t have the one I needed. One of his guys (Rich) on the way home on Friday afternoon in his personal vehicle came and installed it so I wouldn’t have to wait until Monday. Both guys were extremely friendly and professional.
