Granddaughter“s hair was down to her waist, went in for a trim, came out with hair cut to mid back and crooked, had to take her else where to get hair straighten out… DON’T GO THERE, YOU WILL BE SORRY IF YOU DO!

I absolutely do not recommend this place!!! My husband got his hair cut there today and it’s a total hack job and WAY too short. None of his bangs were left intact, and despite the fact that he said he didn’t want it too short, and said no when she asked if he wanted to be able to see his scalp at all, it is a buzz cut and you can totally see his scalp. Of course, by the time he realized it was too late since it’s not like they can add hair back, but this was a major screw-​up, it’s clearly way shorter than he asked for.

They do a decent job. Nothing too spectacular. Online check-​in is pretty nice. Gets you to the front (or near the front) of the line without being there.
