This place is absolutely awesome. Where else can you get 2 really good sets of glasses for $ 70-​$ 110? I actually just had my last pair break on me and will be coming back here within the month to get 2 new pair. I come in here once every couple months to have my glasses adjusted and cleaned and the staff is never anything less than stellar and extremely nice. Never had one issue here.

I scheduled an eye exam. Showed up and was walked into a room by one of their workers.
They tested my eyes and then told me to wait.
Then, the doctor said, we are ready for your eye exam.
What was the first part? A $ 15 add on charge they did not tell me about.
The employees look bored and disinterested in their work.
It took to long for them to work with insurance and when looking it new glasses it felt like I was annoying them for shopping at their store.

I love my glasses I purchased from here. I finally got the correct prescription… and I was previously seen at a private practice. This is my first experience at a chain optical department. I would go here again. When signing the dotted line for health insurance I opted out of the vision coverage this year… I am young and usually update my rx every three years. I paid 215.00 for two pair of glasses. Not bad! I have paid that for one pair with vision insurance! If you can skip all the extras… like anti reflective crap and transition crap you don’t NEED… you will spend much less. Also, the two pair for 70.00 is a gimmick and misleading. You can pick two pair with plastic frames plastic lenses that essentially look the same. Lame. If you change your mind after the exam… you can pay for the exam and leave with your rx card. Also americas best has a 30 day refund policy.
