Called them on a Thursday after hours, left a voice-​mail, they called me back first thing Friday morning. I knew it was going to be a stretch, but I asked if there was any way they could come out that day as I was working from home. 10 mins later the guy was there and 1 hour later my house was sprayed for bugs and he was heading out. This company was very courteous, fast, and professional. I would highly suggest them if you’re looking for a pest control company!

I have been very impressed by the customer service offered by Carolina Pest. After entering my information on their website, I was promptly contacted and given detailed information on their services and prices. My service technician, Jeff, called to schedule the appointment. He arrived exactly on time and was friendly. He completed the job in less than an hour. Then, 2 weeks later I started seeing spiders again. Ironically, at that same time, Carolina Pest called me to check on the service. Impressive! I told them the problem and they immediately scheduled me for another (free) treatment. Jeff came out again and was friendly as usual. I like that they guarantee their service. I just hope it works this time!
