If you like sloppy, impersonal and rushed service, then come to Annie’s. I went here with my daughter for a gel manicure for me and a regular manicure for her. The man who did my manicure barely communicated with me. For a minute, I felt like I had the cooties. He rushed thru my gel manicure, barely touching my cuticles and poorly applying the polish. Before finishing, he passed me off to his coworker so he could tend to another customer’s pedicure. The gel is supposed to last at least a week. I had to repair a chip elsewhere after 3 days. I think the only thing keeping their doors open is their tanning booths. What a disgraceful place.

After being a customer and trying several different technicians, I’m done! If you want mold, go on in! They do not listen, there is no excuse for causing clients who’ve had their nails wrapped for decades to get a mold on a fingernail, none. They filed, and made my nails too narrow, after the fill in which caused moisture to get in giving me a mold on my middle finger. they rush and there’s no pride in their work. Nice to the eyes and nose, sure. But their work is garbage. There is hope tho, at another Annie’s in New Windsor. Better prices, and these ladies take pride in their work. My daughter is pretty picky too, and she’s as thrilled as I am with their work. We already made our next appointment.

I don’t like to do my own nails because I am awful at it, well I could have saved my money and done the same quality of job. First off, I don’t trust any place that makes me pay in advance. I know I know, it’s to prevent you smearing your fresh nails reaching for money, but why would I add a tip if I don’t know what they end product is like?(Definitely regretting the added tip now). The price was ridiculously cheap, only $ 15 for a french manicure, which surprised me until my nails were done. There was little attention paid to my cuticles and no hand massage at all. Instead of painting the white tips on and using a brush to smooth them out the nail tech painted the tips straight on, using a polish with a long skinny brush. The white tips ended up not even, the bottom part was a little jagged and there was so much polish used that they were noticeably bumpy on several nails. I seriously considered going next door to WalMart and getting nail polish remover to take it off. Service was weird the whole time, the girl next to me had to wait 5 – 10 minute while her nail tech got up in the middle of the manicure to wax someone else’s eyebrows. What the heck? I won’t be back. My cuticles look dry and ragged and my nails bumpy and uneven. Gave it one extra star because my nail shape is the only thing that looks nice and the price was very affordable.

Decent nails but way over priced!!! You can get better nails for half the price on the other side of town.

$ 30 for a gel manicure, I expected a great job. The color is completely bumpy and one of my nails already broke. The only positive was that the staff was extremely friendly. Probably won’t be going back.

I went there only once to wax my eyebrows. The girl did a wonderful job. She kept my arches beautifully shaped and no stray hairs anywhere! She took her time, trimmed them and plucked any strays that were out of place. I will go back to try their mani/pedi.
