John from Proclean cleaned the wall to wall carpets in my condo. He was prompt professional and worked in a timely fashion. I opted for the GOLD Package which included spot cleaning since the carpets were old, a bit worn, and hadn’t been professional cleaned in a few years. After John was done, the carpets looks much brighter and cleaner. It did take about 24 hours for them to dry and when they did, I noticed that the areas with heavy traffic were still stained and overall I was not that pleased with the results. Proclean prices are reasonable and their services are perfect for carpets that are slightly to moderately soiled. For heavily soiled carpets a stronger cleaning is needed.

I had a dryer vent cleaning service completed in a home o recently purchased. The technician was friendly and was done in 15 min. for $ 50 i figured it was really great and quick service. However, my dryer started taking over 2 hours to do one load AFTER the vent cleaning. Thought it was the dryer that i purchased, and worked with servicers to conclude that it wasn’t the dryer. So, i decide to take another look at the vent [not sure what i was thinking reaching with just my arm inside just to check] and a few feet up i feel a wet clump of lint. and as i manage to take the clump out, there are more chunks of lint that fall out… about 10 handfuls [picture added].
Here’s what i guess happened, the tech loosened up the lint towards the top of the vent [where the snow melted and made the lint wet] and it proceeded to fall down clogging the vent. hence taking over 2 hours per load.
My issue is that if hired to do a job, doing a thorough job is important. In my case, not only did they do a half ass job, it caused a even bigger problem.
Extremely unsatisfied

I received the package of coupons in the mail and as I was sorting through savings in my neighborhood, I noticed there was an ad for Air Duct & Carpet Cleaning from a company called ProClean Cleaning Services. Since I was overdue for cleaning out all of my vents and dryer vent, I called them for an estimate; 732−372−0001. I learned that they can provide the estimate and do the work at the same time.
I was given a 2 hour window when someone would arrive, and they were on-​time. For 11 registers, 1 return vent and cleaning the hose from the dryer, they were extremely reasonable.
The tech Alex was extremely thorough, and made sure that everything was cleaned. The dryer hose we learned was never cleaned properly when the previous tenants of the house lived here (the previous tenant was my sister). My sister had someone about 2 years ago clean out the dryer vent, and they told her the hose that leads to the outside had a birds nest and that they removed it — but that company never did. I know this because after that cleaning company left, a cover was put on the dryer vent with holes small enough that there was no way a bird could fly back in the vent. I had a birds next big enough for Big Bird to live in. Alex from ProClean took a garbage bag into the attic and made sure everything, was cleaned out — he literally filled ¼ of a garbage bag with «stuff» that the last company never removed.
I was also very impressed on how quickly he was able to clean out all my vents. Alex also gave me recommendations on how often I should change the filters in the return so that I didn’t waste money on replacing filters.
I was very happy with this service and would recommend him to anyone who needs their house/​dryer/​vents cleaned. I live in the Matawan/​Old Bridge/​Aberdeen NJ area.
