Incompetent and rude!!! I ordered tires online, had confirmation emails of the tires being in stock and of the appt., show up and… they only have 3 tires. Not only did I not receive an apology, I was told it was my fault because even though I had emails confirming the appt and availability of the tires, I was supposed to wait to get a call from them? When I tried to ask how it was my fault, he brushed me off and said«let’s just see how we can get this fixed” — after a few tries to engage him, I pretty much demanded an apology, and although he gave me one he also gave me the nastiest, scariest look. Like I would bring my car back there, yikes.

Terrible experience. I took my car in because I had a terrible thunking noise coming from the car when I turned to the right. I was told I needed new struts to fix the problem, new air filter, new rotors, new brakes — everything new. $ 1000 dollars later the cars done!?! A week later the thunking is still there? I take it back, manager tells me brakes maybe sticking just needs greased… Did that, didn’t do anything, still have the same issue with the car but thanks to sears auto I’m $ 1,000 in the hole. Would not recommend.
