Couldn’t be happier with both the response from Maertin Heating & Cooling (Sandy) on an Emergency Call (1 hour), and the great Service Rep (Rich L.) that she sent us!
Rich troubleshot the furnace (Zone Control issues), went to the shop to get me a whole new Zone Processor (mine was obsolete) and installed. Rich was a pure professional. When he left after the job was completed, I went downstairs and couldn’t even tell somebody was down there for three hours ripping a furnace apart. No cleanup necessary! We have had a Service Contract with Maertin for 10 years, which we renew every year, and I’ll be renewing annually from now on. I also got 15% off my ever expensive processor because we have a contract! WELL DONE Maertin Heating & Cooling, and WELL DONE Rich!
