Air Source 1 Heating & Air Conditioning

I absolutely recommend Air Source 1, Tim is the owner and he is friendly, professional and efficient. I called him this morning, after my a/​c went out last night. He was able to come within 2 hours.
He explained what he was doing and gave me recommendations about how often to change the filters to extend the life of my units, what we could do today to fix my problem, and he also explained what I can expect in the coming years (as my unit uses freon).
He did a wonderful job, our air is working again, and I am very happy with both the price and service I received today.

I can only use superlatives when describing the level of service we received from Tim at air source 1. My sister in law is staying with us, recovering from cancer therapy and is always cold. Our thermostat malfunctioned, shutting down the furnance. I called air source 1 and immediately spoke to Tim, (Not an answering machine), I explained the problem and as luck would have it, he was enroute to a service call not far from our home. Tim was at our home within 15 mins. of our initial call. He replaced the thermostat, gave our furnace a quick inspection as our furnaces are relatively new and cleaned heating sensers. Tim could have very easily taken advantage of our situation, but he did not and his charges were more than fair for the services he rendered. This is my first experience with air source 1, but I intend to use them for regular Summer and Winter inspections/​routine maintenance. I would highly recommend this company. I was fortunate to grab Tim’s attention when he was at a neighbors house. On a whim I approached Tim inquiring on some work that needed to be done. Tim was fast at fixing the issue, friendly and honest. I would definitely use him again and strongly recommend him to anyone looking.

AC went out on Friday night. Called Tim at 9pm, he answered and was at my house 7:30 the next morning. Half hour later we were up and running. Great work and customer service. If you want a quick response and the job done right, call Tim.

Tim is great! I highly recommend Air Source1! Our AC went out on a Sunday night, before the expected hottest day of the year. Moving here from Chicago, we had no clue who to call to get the unit fixed… QUICKLY! We stumbled upon Air Source 1 and called. Tim not only answered our call late Sunday night, but scheduled to come out at 9am the NEXT DAY! He arrived on time and was done within 20 minutes. He was very nice, knowledgeable, and very dependable. I was shocked at the low cost of his service. What a great, local company! We definitely will be keeping Air Source1 in our back pocket.
