Asked for purple to blue ombré, showed them a picture and video and explained I knew how to do it. That is not what I got, I walked out with my fingers looking a mess and they charged $ 45. I specifically said don’t over file me and she did so my fingers are burning too. And the technician spent the whole time talking on the phone to her cousin — how rude. Wont be going back.

My experience here was so uncomfortable. I walked in the door and they looked at me like I have 3 heads. someone, seemingly reluctantly came up and had me pick out a color. the whole time the three manicurists were talking to each other in another language. my manicurist would stop painting my nails so that she could engage in this conversation with hand/​arm gestures. I just honestly felt like I was inconveniencing them. was NOT relaxing at all. as for actual nail painting job it was ok I guess. not worth coming back here for.

I have been getting my nails done at Asia Nails since I was in Junior High. I have had great nails done for dances, holidays and just because. When I lived in Champaign, I once came home just to get my nails done here, true story. But I can top it, I am home from teaching in Spain and haven’t gotten my nails done since I left. Guess what Christmas present I am giving myself? A mani/​pedi at Asia Nails.
Quality job and very reasonable prices, you cannot beat it.

Pedicures are addictive. Completely addictive.
So your fix has to cheap and available with reliable service.
I have scored hundreds of pedicures here over the years, through different owners. Annie has really upgraded the look of the place and has reliable, clean and satisfying pedicures.
I don’t make appointments, I just walk in. My favorite techs are Annie or any of the guys. I try to avoid Friday afternoons or Saturdays so I don’t have to wait.
My only beef with the place is that they invariably have Fox News on but they will change the channel. I always query, so are you guys all conservative Republicans? They don’t really understand the nuance of what I am saying but I amuse myself. Also, tips have to be in cash but the work itself can be charged.
Give it a try, it’s not a spa experience but totally gets the job done.
