The hands down best wireless service in the Central Valley. Friendly, efficient, and will handle all issues. If you are on Verizon or are planning on it this is the place to go. They’ve never failed to answer a question or handle any of my problems ! 5 stars !

TWOMONTHSLATER… I feel as if I am on an episode of Jerry Springer. We will exchange the phone… The lie detector test found that THAT was a lie. Frankie can take care of the problem once they charge, just call when you get the bill*… The lie detector test found that THAT was a lie. Verizon has finally charged me for the phone that I turned into this store. I still have no idea where this phone is(that is concerning but I’m keeping an eye on my accounts). I called in with my bill. They can’t do that over the phone.* So I showed up today. They can’t do it, only Dandy can and he’s not here. Dandy will be there from 9 – 5 tomorrow(this runs counter to my last visit where they gave me some airy fairy thing like Dandy comes in when he wants.) Since I have a job I cannot just drop everything to be there when Dandy is, though I hope he will call so I can set up a time to solve this. I live in hope and… now I wait. *I went over the conversation with Frankie(I have it recorded and he said I could just call in). As of DECEMBER15, 2015! I called in(I knew better then to walk in before I check now) and I was promised by Dandy(over the phone) that it was all taken care of. He says he will credit it and it should appear in 24 to 48 hours. Yeah. Right. I’ll believe it when I see it. I’m going on vacation and going to forget about this whole mess for a few weeks. Score. We will credit back your account in 24 – 48 hours… the lie detector found that THAT was a lie! As of JANUARY13, 2016! Problem was not solved over my vacation, those 24 to 48 hours appeared to be much, much longer than anticipated. I called back today and it was FINALLY solved. I sat on the phone until it posted on my account. Nothing like inconveniencing people until they solve the problem. The management of this place is a joke. I was given every reason about why it couldn’t be posted. I’m still keeping an eye on my accounts to make sure nothing fishy goes on with my old phone. I hate that I gave it to them now.

My boyfriend and I came in with the intention of switching carriers. We walked in on a Sunday afternoon. There was one person working and she was helping customers at the time. She looked at us, but she didn’t acknowledge or greet us, she didn’t tell us she would be right with us, we went into the waiting area to sit for a few minutes, came back out and stood there for a few more minutes, and she never said a word to us. We walked out. Maybe it’s because it was an hour before closing time and she didn’t want to take on another customer, I’m not sure but I would never recommend this place to anybody. Service was terrible. We ended up at the Best Buy Mobile store at the mall where we were treated wonderfully.

Where’d all the knowledgeable verizon sales employees disappear to? I actually tried to start service for 5 lines with verizon calling the other location on Pelendale.(Which btw knows nothing about anything) Told me they’d call me back 2 days in a row & nothing. When I finally did get a hold of someone, constant hold & hanging up on customers. But this location out beat the other one. Literally was talking to Joey & cut me off in the middle saying«I have to place you on hold» omg. I never expected that. I swallowed my half of the word & was left confused thinking it may be a joke. But nope the only joke here is their store. Drive that extra mile, for better service u will regret it later if u dont.

Considering this is a sister store to City cell I am taken way off guard on how AWFUL their customer service is. Two of the three guys that helped me there were completely useless, couldn’t answer my questions, and were outright rude. There was ONE person in the store and they were so slow I felt like I was waiting in DMV. F#%k this store and I will NEVER come here or advise anyone else to go here as well. The complete opposite of City Cell and their very efficient customer service. It is no wonder there are a ton of shitty reviews for this place.

The guy helping me was such a jerk. He basically told me my phone was worthless and nothing they could do about it. I bought it from them in June. It is only 6 months old. There weren’t even any other customers so it wasn’t like he was in a hurry. He definitely needs training on customer service. I will drive across town next time. I’m not going back here!

We were waiting in line to be helped for a long time(a woman with an appointment got tired of waiting a left). Finally it was our turn and the guy skips us and helps out some dude. Are you kidding me? It was obvious we had been waiting longer. Whatever, we eventually get helped. We’re there to pick up the phones and cases we had ordered a few days earlier and we were told they’d be ready. So everything is ready but one case. I’m irritated that I have to leave with a $ 750 phone with no protection. They offered to let me pick from the cases they had there, but I ordered one for a reason and I’ve already waited for it so I leave the store. I keep calling to check on the status of my order, they don’t call me once. Finally, two weeks later they tell me it’s back ordered. I’m done. Got my money back and I’m not using this store again. So unprofessional.

I was devoted to my HTC Thunderbolt for going on 2 years and that is a long time in the cellular industry. I stopped at this location because I know it has been standing in the same location for a long time and was immediately greeted by the sales rep, who was already busy with assisting another customer. The location lay out was convenient and had no trouble in looking for the high-end smartphones. I was due for an upgrade and ended up with the HTC Rezound, he spoke highly of it and I was able to interface with live unit so that I could get a feel for it. I was sold on the stylish look, the HTC Sense interface and dual-core proc. The transaction went smooth, any complications or questions were answered quickly and accurately. Next time you shop, just take in consideration in the relationship because you would always get more then just a phone.

Right when I walked in there was only one associate working and 3 groups of customers. I was acknowledged right away, he asked if I had a question and when I told him I wanted to port my number he helped me right away(it only took one minute since I had to do it over the phone, he just gave me the number and what is need). VERY impressed! Wish I had gotten his name.
