Taco Bell

Hey this place has dirty tables, bad food. I saw a worker cough right on the food and serve it to a child gross!! Also the worker named Alyssa s had a weird tone after she gave us our tacos she said have a nice day in a unfriendly tone. The other worker who’s Hispanic kind of giggled while making the food. This place sucks Have a great day!

I just moved to modesto and the closest place to eat for me is this taco bell This was my worst experience at a fast food my order was completely off they and obviously no one there knows how to take an ordet or use a conputer after twenty min i finally got my money

The food is what you expect from a Taco Bell (and actually even a little better than I expected), but the restaurant is shockingly clean and professional! Pleasant, polite staff at a fast food joint? This location is clearly well managed.

Best taco bell I’ve ever been to! Employees are so friendly and generous about sauce (best part of the meal) never had a single order be wrong, and I don’t know how they do it but it’s the absolute best tasting taco bell I’ve ever been to. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

This is my favorite Taco Bell in Modesto. I always go there. If I’m on the other side of town I will drive over there to eat at that Taco bell. It’s always clean. Love Taco Bell I could live off of just Taco Bell. I Have Taco Bell about 10 times a week. So, if you want a good Taco Bell eat there.

Every time… EVERY TIME I come through the drive thru they get my order wrong. No I dont order crazy or am picky. For example the last time I went: I ordered a chalupa supreme beef. The lady replies with «a double decker taco supreme?» Uhh no a chalupa supreme beef. «Oh okay» writes down a chalupa supreme chicken. Then they try to act smart ass like. I asked for a «potato fiesta bowl» the lady replies «oh you mean the cheesey fiesta potato» you know what I mean lady don’t try to be cute. THENNNNN… I get a bag with my Fiancé mexican pizza and the intelligent girl says my mexican pizza and crunchy taco are in that bag and they are waiting for the rest of my order. I looked inside the bag and only see the pizza so I looked at her and shes like yeah we are waiting on the rest and I told her my crunchy taco as well and shes like «no thats in that bag» I told her ummm no its not she says «are you sure?» Ummmm let me look again… yeah not here in this small bag containing a mexican pizza. «Oh yeah its over here with the other stuff». My goodness! And its like this allllll the time! Im only giving it two stars because I love taco bell but these workers are not the best.

Excellent food the way I ordered was perfect to the T burrito was a lil bit cold by the time the lady gave me my change my order was ready if the burrito wasn’t cold I’d give it a 5 star rating also very clean and didn’t smell remodeled building

I had the BEST customer service by a man named Reggie! He read back my order perfectly, he asked to see my friend’s ID because that’s what the card says to do (and no one ever does check), as he gave us out bags of food he told us what was in them, he even warned me to not eat the caramel apple empanada right away because it was just made. He was very nice and super professional. 5 stars to Reggie!

Taco bell will never deserve more than three stars. It doesn’t even taste like real food. However, it does taste like «good», so I usually stop by in the middle of the night when I can’t be bothered to cook. I can’t stand going inside this particular location. Ever since they did the remodel it constantly smells like dirty bleach water in there.

Never had bad service here and the drive thru always moves pretty fast

I love Taco bell! But this location flat out sucks. Food is always dry and old. And good luck getting your order correct or something forgotten.

Yesterday my son and I went through the drive-​thru for a quick lunch and I did not get what I ordered. I had to drive around, go in with my son and order again, it pissed me off. I really enjoy the service here and the food is good usually. I have never had a problem before. They must have had an off day because the guy ahead of me had a problem too?
