I came to this T-Mobile store to switch 9 phone lines from AT&T after being frustrated with the increasing costs of AT&Ts service. I was prepared for the worst as this store had poor ratings here on Unilocal.However, i was pleasantly surprised with exceptional customer service from Peter and Brittany. BUT, the day after my visit is when things went poorly. I was called by the store, and they informed that they messed up, and told me what needed to be done to fix their mistakes. Now, three weeks later, its finally sorted out but how we originally wanted.

After Sprint screwed up my cellphone and iPad, I turned to T-Mobile and Sarah, a fellow Unilocaler, helped me. In 40 minutes, Sarah furnished me with a new iPhone, first-class worldwide cellphone service, a signal booster, and the confidence of being a valued customer — something Sprint couldn’t do on Day 1 or in the next 15 months. Outstanding prices, service, and customer service. Way to go, T-Mobile! Ditto, Sarah!

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any retail store. I waited for 45 minutes in front of the computers while jasmine was on looking at instagram on her phone instead of telling me their computers were messing up. I’m never coming back because of her.

Guess it’s an ok place. Stopped in here to see what kind of a deal I could get. Was not impressed with their offer. The staff was very nice and very knowledgeable and they do have some very nice equipment. Just didn’t like the offer.
