I give NO stars! I purchased a coat from this store. When I went to wear it the next day, I realized the pocket had a hole in it. I took it back right away that next day. I had my receipt. The lady told me she could not exchange it because I wore it! I wore the jacket a total of 30 minutes. What a joke! When she insincerely apologized, I told her that’s ok, I just won’t shop here anymore if you won’t exchange defective product. The girl behind me who worked there made a rude noise with her mouth. Like how dare I? I will not shop there again. Ever.
