Walked in for a cut. No acknowledgement. Sat down for a while, still nothing. Walked out. Poor service. Didn’t event make it to the chair.

I absolutely love this place. I came in with my hair totally messed up. (Long and embarrassing story.)
Anyway, I came in to get the cluster f called my hair fixed. Tomi came to the rescue. She suggested I go dark. I was a little scared and reluctant, but I’m glad I took Tomi’s suggestions. OMG! It was gorgeous! Tomi is an artist.
She also gave me a hair cut that is flattering, pretty and easy to maintain.
My 4 and 5 year old boys love coming here too.

Katy was the girl who did a horrible job on my hair. All I wanted was a trim and one solid color in my hair. She missed multiple spots in my hair while dyeing my hair black. It’s not as though black doesn’t cover natural light brown. She clearly rushed through it and I wasted 70 dollars on a spotty dye job which immediately washed out the next day. Whatever you do don’t go here! Don’t let Katy touch your hair!

My boyfriend came here to get a haircut because he really needed one. While I was waiting he calls me over and asks about his ear. I look at his ear and he has blood dripping from it. This hair stylist freaking cut my boyfriends ear. She had thw nerve to continue cutting his hair and told him to stop moving, while his ear was bleeding. I looked at her and told her she better stop or shes goimg to have problems. The other stylist came and i told. her to please get a towel and medical kit. After he was fixed up the other stylist had to write an incident report and called the manager. To top it off the chick who cut his hair didnt even apologize. Stear clear of a short, fat, black haired hispanic chick. Has no manners, skill, or professionalism.

I’d not had a haircut in some years and decided to surprise my wife by getting a whole new look. My stylist (Cali) was great. She made sure I was happy with what she was doing so there was not to be any surprises at the end.
For a complete haircut/​beard trim the price was more than reasonable.

We usually frequent this place but today was an awful experience. We did 2 kid cuts and one adult all boys. One of my sons was cut on the ear. And my husband got the worst haircut ever and it was $ 61 needless to say I won’t be back!

Went here for a long time until they opened up the one off of Pelandale. The problem with supercuts is that you never seem to get the same cutter. They get switched around between all three shops. Don’t really care for that. Switched to the Pelandale shop.
