I got a pedicure and manicure.
They did a good job on both, but they lost a star for misleading information– they say they offer reflex massage, but this is false advertising, they don’t know how to massage at all!
They rub with their hands (and hot stones if you pay extra), but it’s super light– just rubbing skin, not muscles. And they are rubbing you super fast, like they want to hurry and get you to the hell out of there so they can move on to the next customer. I will probably go again, but try to get a different one– and see how it goes!

Horrible job. This place is a joke and the manager is so rude. He stares at his computer all day and doesnt even acknowledge the customers when they walk in. They dont take their time to do a good job and get mad when you tell them to redo something. I will never go back here. Want great service and good quality, go across the street to Magic Nails.

Horrible! They called security on my grandmother!!! I came in for a pedicure and have been here several times. Today I came in with my grandmother. She was waiting for me. They asked her if she had an appointment and she said no and they told her to leave!!! She said she was waiting for me and they insisted she leave! She said no being she has a cane and is handicapped. They called security and she came and said they can’t do that and that she could stay. I’ve never been in such a crazy weird situation! Who does that to the elderly?! I’ll never come back here again!!! Evil manager that also talks about you and laughs at you while getting your service done. Hate to say racist but you know…

I used to be a customer for years. I would have manicures, pedicures and wax done here. I noticed the change in ownership and still decided to go there. The first time I was getting waxed under the new ownership, I guess it took the esthetician a little too long. A woman kept banging on the door asking (I can only presume since the conversation wasn’t in English) what was taking so long. I didn’t appreciate that she was being rushed along. The woman banged on the door twice. The second time I went in for wax, I had my skin ripped off. I was so black and blue that mid wax, I got off the table and said I was done.
I had also tried to get mani and pedi there in between my wax appointments. The techs rushed the job, wouldn’t take off all the nail polish and would barely push back or cut the dried cuticles. The services this place offers are luxury items not really necessity. I expect to feel better after a mani and pedi not frustrated and unhappy with paying for a service that is subpar. I think it’s time to find a different place.

Lisa did my nails. She did a shellac manicure and i love it! She even massaged my hands after. All for only $ 25.

Mai did such a wonderful job. I have never seen my wife so happy after getting her nails done.

I’ve been here before and had great service in love my pedicure but for some reason I went with my girlfriend and we both booked pedicure appointment and 23 minutes into soaking I decided enough is enough my water got cold and my feet were shriveled up like a little prunes nobody had even come to tend to me I came here for a quick pedicure and figured I’d be out in an hour tops but nobody has come to even start me. My friend on the other hand is enjoying her massage as I watch her lol I will not be coming back here or at least I will not be scheduling an appointment because obviously that’s what happens when you go to quick chop shop. I can’t even rate this place because I didn’t get to experience a pedicure I put my shoes on and left I have things to do and I don’t have time to be sitting here waiting for someone to start my pedicure I guess I’ll go home and do it myself. I’m very unhappy right now they need to call this place unprofessional nails.

I can ignore the fact that they’re clearly talking about you right in front of you, but this was the second time I’ve gotten cut here. First time with the nippers and second time with the nail file, and then they try and distract you from the fact that they just cut you! Not very relaxing when you’re on edge from being cut, they really do try and rush through to get you in an out. This last experience overall was not satisfactory at all.

This is a disclaimer for people who frequent this nail salon and those who have never been here. Last Monday ⁸⁄₁₇ I went to get my usual shellac pedi. I got a lady I have never had before, a little older than most who work there. She was friendly but nicked me on the side of my big toe. No big deal right? It happens… The next day I noticed some swelling and pain on that toe. The day after that it was bigger and even more sensitive. What has happened is the nick has now turned into a bacterial infection. I’m having to medicate it to draw out the infection which is painful and disgusting. I never leave reviews on Unilocal.This is my first. And I always and ONLY go to this nail salon because I love their staff and selection for shellac polishes. I’m EXTREMELY disheartened and upset by this turn of events. And I wanted to put the word out there so that others will be cautious when getting pedicures ANYWHERE. I will most definitely be speaking with the owner and management regarding this issue. I am expectant that they see this review (for I know they frequent the Unilocal reviews, they’ve told me so before). Be cautious folks, nail salons are wonderful and the result is usually great but bacterial infections along your cuticle is not. I will post photos of this so please look and share.

You might as well just do your own pedicure at home. We got her a few minutes after opening (10:00) and they were already pretty crowded. We were the only ones waiting for a pedicure and we were told it would be about 20 minutes. After 45 minutes of waiting and seeing tons of people get done we were all 3 called over at once. They started on my boyfriend and left me and my friend waiting with cold water for over 20 minutes. No one comes over or says sorry. We finally ask the girl doing his pedicure if they are ever going to send someone to do ours and she gives us some bullshit reply and acts like she can’t speak english all of a sudden. Finally it’s 11:10 and his pedicure is almost done and we are still waiting. I’m so pissed off at this point I just get out of the chair and go to pay for my boyfriend at the front. The rude female manager or whoever she is has the nerve to come up to me after I pay his shitty pedicure and goes «so do you want a pedicure now?» NO, I do not want a fucking pedicure. This place has shitty customer service and no hygiene whatsoever. They don’t clean the foot baths after each person and they use the same files and scrubbers on everyone. They cannot be sanitized and are supposed to be replaced after each use. Save yourself and don’t make the mistake of coming here, you might leave with even nastier toes. Go find yourself a real Nancy!

Best Pedicure I have EVER had! My husband, daughter, and I just went it for pedicures and couldn’t be more satisfied! I got the Deluxe pedicure which included sea salt, clay mask, cooling gel, parafin wax, and stone massage for $ 38. Mai was excellent and so friendly and spent over an hour on me making sure I was relaxed! I will definitely be going back to her from now on! I definitely recommend ProfessioNAILS if you want an EXCELLENT spa pedicure! Kelley did my husband’s pedicure and Deimi did my daughter’s and both of them did a great job also! It’s changed lately for the worst. Looking for another place to go to

Love this place! I take my 7 yr old with me once a month for my nail fill, and her mani-​pedi for «girls day». The staff is always good with both of us. (Which makes a big difference) My nails always come out smooth and last a whole month, and I work alot. :) Mai is my go to lady and she never disappoints. The 2 younger lady’s do my daughters nails and give her some off the wall cute designs.
Only issue I have with the whole place is the «glow table”/drying area. It doesn’t really work and it seems like just a light bulb alot of other places have uv tables. And I prefer the uv. But with all the positive this place gives, ill keep coming back!

Last week I took my dad there for a pedicure, for which he was long overdue for. The took care of him pretty nicely. He’s disabled and uses a walker. They assisted him from start to finish. His toes were in much better shape then when we got there. He was satisfied with the service provided for him.

All five stars are for the ladies I love them. Even though ESL the talk to me and have become super friendly! Love Mia and Loan the very best massage and pedi in town! Say what you want and get what you say!

This is a great local nail place. My mom and I changed spots after years in other shops and love it here. Despite being busy, there was no wait time and the girls did a great job with our pedicures. They are thorough and clean. The atmosphere was relaxing and they didn’t rush us at all. My favorite part is always the massage and they did not disappoint like most places. It was overall a great experience!

Gel manicure gone wrong before it was even completed. How can that be? I had already paid for mine and my daughters. They would not reimburse, but gave a gift cert to come again. (the least they could do) I doubt if we will be back to redeem the cert. Poor quality is poor quality.

Going on 3 weeks now and my nails haven’t chipped and the polish is still nice. Im very happy! I will be going back!

Clean and reasonable

I have had the best experience. I am here from out of town with my husband, mother in law, and niece for her graduation and we came to get manis and pedis! Great and attentive staff, detail oriented by both staff members who assisted my with my pedi and my mani wow! I had Amy and if you want incredible artwork or detail specific she was amazing!!!
