Mick the manager is QUITE rude!!! Happy New Year Mick!!! We decided after camping for over a week to make an easy plan for dinner. After waiting in line for 25 minutes(NO complaint as busy equals fresh food-bonus). We were up to order our food. We had two stations… Great, kind service from the females… No name tags thus no shout out!!! Anyhow… When our stuff hit Mick… Before being bagged at the egg roll section… Being friendly… I wished Mick a Happy New Year. I then stated… «It appears you are always here»… He said,“ugh… No comment… Ok?” He then asked if we needed any sauce… I requested sweet ‘n sour for my order… My daughter said may I have mandarin? He was completely loud and rude and stated. «No! If you want mandarin I’ll have to charge you…» I stated… «That’s fine!!! It’s what she wants.» He then stated, pointing to the brown sauce which we were told it was mandarin sauce for the mandarin chicken(the meat they slice when ordered)… My daughter states«yes… that’s the sauce I’d like to have.» Mick chuckles and as he’s filling up the cup states loudly, «Obviously you need to be schooled… I’ll do it loudly as so the new hires will understand… This customer wants teriyaki sauce you see… This is free to customers… Not called mandarin sauce, which we sell in bottles… So no further misinterpretations you’ll from here on out know she(pointing to my daughter) wants this sauce we call teriyaki… «My daughter and I embarrassed… Felt insulted and made fun of… For lack of labeling and information…(Common mistake I’m sure!!!) Look at one another and did not buy drinks but rather took our food to go!!! Next time Mick wants to become irritated it shouldn’t be at the expense of a paying customer who provides his salary… I mean kindness really goes along way… We don’t work fast food jobs. We are career individuals, not that we act as if we are better, just because we went collegiate bound, but we’d not expect him to be informed of our products and daily operations… Nor would we treat him as ignorant for lack of education in our career fields. Ugh!!! Rudeness at any level is merely unappreciated, undeserved and says a lot about the high turn around in employees at this establishment!!! I mean after being food poisoned here before I’ve gone back to spend and donate… almost weekly… Perhaps I drive to the Oakdale and Scenic location where I’ll be treated with respect… Ugh!!! Think twice before enduring Mick!!!

I was there recently for a late lunch break and I was the only one there at the time. no one greeted me just stared at me until I asked if I could order… Then once I went to pay the girl at the register looked at me and I must have reminded her of her own eyebrows because she then turns around. back to me as I go to pay… And starts talking to the other girl about how she wants to get her eyebrows down and went on about her personal conversation. She eventually remembers I’m still standing there… takes my card and swipes it and drops my card and receipt in my direction! All while never talking to me or even looking at me. She literally swiped my card put it down and flung the receipt towards me all while her back was to me talking about her eyebrows. Worst customer service. I understand you work at Panda Express and probably aren’t paid much but there are thousands of more qualified people out there that can do your job better that would love to take your place.

The food is good, but the manager is a total pervert dick! Made me and my girlfriends feel EXTREMELYUNCOMFORTABLE! Makes me wonder if he sexually harasses his employees as well!

The food is consistently good, tho sometimes the orange chicken is spicy and sometimes it’s not. They said it depends who makes it. Kids like this, so it should never be spicy! Plus they don’t sell potstickers any more! How lame is that?!

Every time i pass by they are always out cream cheese ragoons, and the steamed rice is never fresh.

The food is fine, minus the fact they don’t sell potstickers anymore. Their service is quite horrible, rules aren’t enforced so the girls behind the counter were to caught up in a conversation to pay attention to my order. Will return, but only because the other Panda Express is 20 minutes away.

Waited 15 minutes to be served. Restaurant empty. Girls behind counter said they weren’t working yet, but served themselves food. One person behind counter who seemed to be working at register ignored myself and other person in line. Certain dishes being served weren’t typical way they were prepared in other Panda Express restaurants. The food did taste acceptable. Very disappointed with the poor customer service.

I love me some Panda Express. The food here is just like other Panda’s, duh. I’ve been disappointed before, but again, it’s just like other Panda’s so I’m usually very happy. Service here has always been nice, but be prepared to wait because there is usually a long line(because it’s delicious, duh). Their new teriyaki chicken is great! $ 1 extra for shrimp. Also try the sweet fire chicken breast, Beijing beef, string bean chicken, and veggie spring rolls. Yum!

OMG! this place SUCKS! When i here the words Panda express, I think good food at good prices. My wife and I went here last night and got some food to go. and we both tossed it out. I’m not one to toss out food and will eat just about anything. But this place truly was BAD! the food was so dry and cold, Chef Ramsey would have shut this place down! I can see why the place was empty, The parking lot was full because of the Thi place next door, that must have great food. The place was clean but smelled like there toilet over flooded and the seats all had food on them like they cleaned the tables off on the them. I will never go back to this place. I will drive to Tracy Panda express to get food. at least there food is hot.

The chicken was iffy. This unit ruined Panda Express for me forever. They need to review their sanitation procedures and make an attempt to change whatever it is they’re doing wrong. One star is generous based on my experience.

Once in a while if I am craving their Chinese food flavor, I pop in here. It seems really fresh. I recommend the orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp. It is nice they let you sample just about anything. Their Iced-Tea is freshly brewed too… tropical flavor.

What is wrong with this location? Consistently slow service and a lack of fresh food. Well, at least they are consistent. Every other Panda we visit is spot on for hot fresh food and fast service. This one is not. We were there at 11:30 am this morning and not only were we ignored for the first 5 minutes we were there, there was a lack of fresh food. We decided to leave and went to Tasty Thai next door!(Very good btw). Their manager needs to wake up or they will become another casuality.

Slooooow service. I do not go to panda to stand in line for 15 minutes. Also they charged a dollar extra for shrimp(not worth it) and not clearly marked as such. Beware.

The worst panda express in California. Long wait time when no more then 2 customers and smallest portions of any panda I’ve been too.

I had the absolute most terrible customer service at this location. When a person walks in the door at 8:40 you think they would get served what they wanted to order. Not at this location!!! There was a family of 6 in front of me and pretty much cleared out the trays of food because the employees did not feel like keeping it stocked. By the time their order was filled and they paid for it the time was now 8:50. The girl looks at the clock and says we stop cooking at 9:00 and are not going to refill the trays. I told her it was still before 9:00 and that didn’t seem to matter. Then the manager says they can serve what’s out which was nothing. There was not even enough noodles to make a plate and I needed two orders. On top of that 3 more people were waiting behind me. I did not want to pay for scraps and food I didn’t even want. If you are not going to serve past 8:45 then don’t let people in or stand in line and wait. When the hours on the door say 9:00 you should let paying customers eat what they want. How about cleaning up after closing not 20 min before!!!
