Awful store. Every worker looks miserable and it reflects in their service. I won’t ever come back to this location. Messes everywhere and yet workers just chat it up.
I’d rather head to a different store like jc penny’s or such. Returns are very slow and ‘customer service’ associates seem suspicious of every return. Very rude.

Kolh is terrible period I got my first credit card from here had it since February won’t give me a credit limit increase due to my credit is being too low which makes no sense being that I got this card first to get my credit going to Pay it and cancel Card got have gotten five dollars in rewards since February, this calls though has lines that are outrageous plus snobby little girls working at the register usually people that work in customer service unfortunately have no customer service skills don’t work there if you don’t have a good attitude no he wants to buy something then go up and talk to snobby little Miss priss i’m done with Kolhs lost me as a Coustmer actually my whole family.

Great Place for clearance items. I also get money for spending money. I love this store especially when I get a 30% coupon. My suggestion is to have coupons and look at clearance or you will overspend. Love you Unilocal great new place to give your thoughts and ideas.

I’ve exchanged items here, I’ve done full returns, I’ve used numerous coupons, and have saved tons of money at this store. I’ve always had great customer service from all the employee’s here. Sometimes they don’t have enough people checking people out but it’s not a reason I wouldn’t shop this store.
They always have good deals, and great sales!

Haven’t really had a bad experience except when a lady at the jewelry department was kind of rude to my mother when we went there to make a payment due to long lines at the front registers
Boots are cheap and not good quality nor are the handbags
Employees are loud and seem to think that kohls is a play area, very unprofessional
Plus you should always greet customers but most of them don’t
sometimes its clean and organized, other times not so much
People are front registers are always helpful and nice

Went to check out the Veteran’s Day sales and the place was a mess! No one to help us, 15 people in line with only two cashiers. Disaster all the way around. Until we actually got up to the cashier and checked out. Jason was excellent! In all that chaos he was polite, helpful, and cool as a cucumber under all that pressure. He took his time to not rush us, bagged all our items and even helped call customer service with a question we had. Thank god for Jason! He should get 5 stars!

This Kohls is really hit and miss. Sometimes you get really great discounts and service. Other times it is just frustrating. The store is usually ok on organization but not the best I have seen. The clearance section can be a real mess, but usually worth the hunt.

We had a great experience at the Kohl’s in Modesto. We did our back-​to-​school shopping and spent a good amount on my son’s clothing (4 shirts, 4 jeans/khaki’s, 2 pairs of shoes, 3 packages of socks). We got great deals… buy 2 get 1 free, 2 for $ 20 and Levi’s that were $ 20 off (still $ 47). The associate’s were very helpful, mentioned that the socks were buy 2 get 1 free and offered my son’s godmother a 30% off discount even though she didn’t have the coupon on her. It was a great experience and I’ve had great luck with Kohl’s in the past. I would definitely recommend this Kohl’s location. Very helpful sales associates.

The store was in shambles when I went the last time. I have stopped in a few times before, so I was a bit shocked what a mess it was. The staff was not as friendly as other Kohl’s I’ve been to. I did make a purchase, but it was only because I could not pass up the amazing sale and I had a coupon.

What a mess! This store looks like a disaster every time I walk in! Clothes on the floor, purses thrown everywhere! disgusting! It reminds me a thrift store that just had a sale and Why is there 4 to 5 guy sales associates standing by the entrance to the door when there is a long line and one sales associate at the register??? Really.

Great store. Love all the deals and discounts. The only down side to the store is the crappy location around the corner from the store. They’ve had several cars broken into so don’t leave your valuables in plane sight.

Bring your own stroller because they told me they only have one cart with a seatbfor a child and of course that will be taken. Frustrating. Otherwise nice and clean.

I shop at this store often and have never been treated in such a humiliating manner. I entered the store at approx 4pm on 1÷18÷13 with a bag in my hand for an exchange. The associate that was standing by the door approached me, grabbed my bag out of my hand in an agressive manner, and proceeded to ask me if it was a return while taping the top of the bag in order to seal it. I kindly advised her that it was an exchange. Never did she smile at me or greet me in a friendly manner. I do not appreciate being treated like a thief and it was clear to me that she thought I was. I was humiliated in front of everyone entering and exiting the store. I do ALOT of buisness with Kohls and I wish to continue in the future. If Kohls continues to approach their loss prevention techniques by humiliating law abiding customers, I will not hesitate to take my buisness elsewhere.

I’da swore I wrote a review on this store quite some time ago. Anyway I do like this store. It kind of reminds me of the old style General Stores we used to have in some of the smaller towns. You know, a place where you could go and find whatever you needed with the exception of large appliances.
Stopped in here because i was looking for some long sleeve shirts the crew neck style. I found them here and to my joy they were in different colors. Looked around the store and just checked prices on other items which were of interest to me. Discovered that their prices were no worse or better than other stores I shop in.
They have good name brands of clothes, small appliances, etc. I would definitely recommend this store to my friends.
