Came here yesterday to get my daughters ears pierced and the lady did AWESOME ! I came here instead of claries because its too small and icing is bigger and more room and they have wonderful staff there !!!

IMPRESSED! I went here to get my babies ears pierced. I was nervous because I’ve been reading online that in general the mall places are not as clean as getting the ears pierced in a doctors office or going to the baby piercer in SF. I was nervous about the gun and everything.
We went in here, talked to one of the girls, she was confident and helpful, all in all it was a good vibe. We were lucky and someone was getting their babies ears pierced before us so we got to see everything happen prior to us having to go. They have an ear piercing station, they are extremely clean and meticulous. They clean the area with a disinfecting wipe first, lay down a paper towel to put whatever they need on top of it. The piercer sanitizes her hands and puts on plastic gloves. They sanitize the instrument used to pierce the ears… it’s not a gun, more of a guide that she uses. The earrings that go into the instrument are brand new in a box and they don’t remove the earrings out of the package until they are ready to do the actual piercing. The disinfectant that they use for the ear is a brand new bottle that is used only for your piercing then that’s the bottle that’s sent home with you. They are very clear and concise in their instructions, how to hold the baby… etc. And 1, 2 they do it very quickly and it’s over! Then they clean the ears after the fact, tighten the backs and you pay.
The girls that work here are young but they did genuinely seem interested in providing the best customer service and the safety and cleanliness of my baby.
