Greengate Property Management

We had an exceptional experience with Greengate. Our initial contact was with Barbara. She was very professional and provided great advice with no pressure. She gave us a price range that was very reasonable and said it should take about 2 weeks to get it rented. 2 weeks later we had applications from 4 highly qualified tenants with full back ground checks. After some discussion with my wife we settled on one of the 4 applicants and they move in tomorrow. Stacey and Rosemary also did a wonderful job setting up the ads and showing the property.

My boyfriend and I had a positive experience with Green Gate. We rented a house in Tracy, CA in January 2014 until Feb 2015. The property was managed by a woman named Barbara who later turned it over to G.G. The home owner lives in Canada so we dealt solely with G.G. & specifically Stacey.
We paid our rent on time and we cared for the property as we would want someone to care for ours if we were renting out our home.
We scheduled a pre walk through which was good because they want to turn the property asap– meaning we were the professional cleaners usually paid to clean a property before it is put on the market.
The place was spotless when we left and therefore we received a full refund of our deposit.
They were easy to reach for maintenance requests and any other questions.

This place is extremely unprofessional and flakey, I made a appt. to see a rental property 2 weeks in advance, even requested the day off work, and they call the day before and cancel because the property wasn’t ready for showing. So we reschedule. I had to switch shifts with a coworker to make the appt work because they didn’t have anything on my off days available. The day of the appt they call and say they found someone for the house. I’m so angry right now, this place is extremely inconsiderate to anyone but themselves. I would re consider going through this company when looking for a home.

Ive seen my share of property management companies and this place is by far the best I’ve ever seen. They’re very professional and help you along the way with your home. When I’ve had a situation they get right on it to fix it. The people here are easy to talk to and give honest answers.

I can honestly say I have no complaints about GreenGate! They are professional, extremely friendly and offer a great service. I’m glad I was able to rent through them!
