Again, horrible service. Have been a tenant in one of their properties for over a year now and the garbage disposal broke and the manager of our property scheduled someone to come from 3−4pm and had someone wait when they had to be at work at 5oclock and confirmed once more if he would be there around 3 and she said yes. She texted me at 4:30 (my roommate had to leave and no one showed up) and said that he was still 30 minutes away and won’t be done at his current job for another hour. Which means two hours including commute. She waited after til he was already supposed to be done to inform me that he wouldn’t be there on time… Worst customer service I’ve ever had.

We are really happy as renters with All Premier Property Management. They are always helpful and quick to respond to me for any needs we might have! I would defiantly recommend renting from them.
