Anderson Family Chiropractic

I called Dr. Anderson’s practice 10 minutes before the office closed. I was grateful they waited for me as I was in SO MUCH PAIN at the time. He took the time to diagnosed me properly prior to treatment. After the first treatment, I felt so much better. I continued my treatment while I was in the area. I highly recommend his practice.

Dr Anderson has helped me so much, with 5yrs of pain and discomfort I committed to 8 months of chiropractic care and have finally found relief even through my pregnancy the chiropractic care has helped so much. I would recommend dr Anderson he cares about making you feel better not just the $ signs as I have found with other chiropractors.

I didn’t have such a pleasant visit. I didn’t see Dr. Anderson, but I did go in for a massage. It was horrible, the girl that I went in for was late because she got lost tryng to find the office after going out for lunch. She was 18mins late for my appt. After I went into the massage room she jus left the room but when she returned she got angry at me and made me feel VERY uncomfortable because she said I should have been undressed and ready! She rolled her eyes at me and said «well what kind of apt do u want!!?» sarcastically. I told her sorry I didn’t know we were going to start. She kept talking about herself the whole entire 35mins of my massage, she blamed me for cutting into my time because I wasn’t ready. She is a very young, skinny, small and petite girl. She said she is so good that she teaches classes. but She only weighs like 90lbs my massage was not good at all! She was very full of herself.

My review is based solely on my experience with trying to even get an appointment. Have left messages, even detailing best times to reach me, but no return call, at all. I also have been trying to schedule for a Groupon redemption, and have finally filed with Groupon. Hopefully after reading other’s comments, they will just refund me my money. Doesn’t sound like the type of atmosphere that would be conducive to a relaxing massage.

I have always been interested but skeptical of chiropractors but after hurting my back and barely being able to roll over in bed; I desperately received the free consultation. I found Dr Anderson to be friendly, down to earth and very comfortable as he explained things simply for me. After the first session I was not only able to roll over in bed without pain, I found about 50% of my other pains subsiding too. After a few more sessions, in addition to the take home exercises he gave me, I was completely back to normal. THANK YOU DR. ANDERSON!
Low star rating was for the lack of freidnlyness and responsiveness from the front office staff. Some of them very nice, other times I don’t get calls back, ever. It’s been 4 months since I have been in there and still waiting for a call back regarding my insurance and scheduling.
