Awesome place, food, service, price per gallon is early up lately.

– A quarter mile off I-​40, on the right side of the highway.
– There is a «no left turn sign» at the exit when leaving the parking lot, so heading back to Interstate 40 requires a U-​turn at the Dollar General, which is NOT convenient.
– The pumps were reasonably clean.
– The gas prices were competitive.
– There was fluid in the window washer doo-​hickey, albeit primarily water.
– There was paper in the receipt printer.
– I didn’t have to enter my zip code, my credit card access code, or give a secret handshake prior to pumping gas.
– There are more «convenient» convenience stores at this exit, but if you like Sheetz, this is your Huckleberry.

We LOVE Sheetz and have yet to be disappointed by one. Maybe it’s their name, «Sheetz Sheetz Sheetz!» This location is right off Rt. 40.
Gas prices seemed pretty average but the store is always so clean! We grabbed some beer and got two 12-​packs for LESS than an 18-​pack.
Although we have never eaten at a Sheetz, we plan on trying them in the future. Looks like they have pretty typical bad-​for-​you fast food but their advertising for a mozzarella stick burger made me want one. Their ordering system is high tech.
We’ll definitely be back! Wish there were more scattered around the Winston area.
