Good Morning Mattress Center

This mattress store & Ms Tina provided top notch customer service! A++! A «discount» mattress store down the road scoffed at the price that I knew I could purchase one for. I purchased a Serta mattress from Good Morning Mattress at the expected/​researched price. Delivery guys were super nice & professional as well!

I thought I hit gold when I found this store. They offered a good warranty and a good price for a pretty decent mattress. A couple months after getting the mattress, the seam started coming apart. The manager accused me of causing the tear, but said she was going to send someone out to take a picture. Two months later, we finally get on the same page and they agree to replace it since it is a defect, but she said it’s going to cost us $ 50.00. They tell me the mattress has changed names, but it will be the same. I was not home when it was delivered, my mother was. First thing I do when I get home is go and check it. I notice right off the bat the mattress is a few inches shorter than the old one. I sit on it and it creaks like crazy. I called the store and she called me a liar. Her exact words were, «I like to say the customer’s always right, but in this case I just can’t believe it.» I kept asking to speak to her higher up, but she said she’s the only one in the company that deals with warranties. I asked for my old mattress back, and she said that it would be at least two days before they would be able to bring it back out. Not only that, but because I’m refusing to get the replacement now, I would never be able to get a replacement in the future should it sink or something happen to it. I told her I didn’t appreciate her attitude and that she was being rude, and she asked the person that was standing next to her, «I’m not being rude, am I? This is the lady with the small tear and she just said I was rude!» She ended up hanging up on me, and I was almost in tears I was so upset. I don’t want anyone else to have to go through this. Yes, you may save a couple dollars, but you end up selling your soul to the devil. It’s not worth it.
