Mrs Loretta is the sweetest sales person. She was very patient as I walked her around that store for over two hours straight. She tried everything she could to help us find the perfect piece of furniture. The store was also very clean and all the workers we’re pleasant. I won’t shop anywhere else when it comes to furniture shopping. Excellent experience over all.

Purchased a powerbed that cost over $ 1,000.00, when delivered it was damaged and after the damage was pointed out deliverymen wanted to still leave it wait until replacement arrived. To compensate for my troubles, I received a refund of the delivery charge. I will never do business with Ashley Home Furniture again. Also, my salesperson left me totally out of the loop in regards to delivery dates that changed twice without any notification.

Not willing to work with customers. We returned an item less than 12 hours after delivery amd they charged us a 25% restocking fee. $ 80 for a coffee table to be «restocked». We have spent more than $ 10,000 with Ashley in the past four years and i’m very dissatisfied with the attitude of this business. After am hour or so of going back and forth they decide that the only resolution is to give us a store credit. I don’t want to buy another damn thing from this place. You would think that a national company like Ashley would have better policies. Too bad Wal-Mart doesn’t sell furniture on a large scale. At least they care about the customer. Stay out of my wallet Ashley. We opted for the $ 80 hit so we can get the heck out of here. The general manager stopped answering his phone.
