I had a turkey provolone, with all the bells and whistles. It was a good sandwich. Not the absolute greatest ever but definitely a decent sub. Had a pickle, which I think was extra and med drink. Total price $ 9 and change.

This place is cool. I like how the employees made a good effort of greeting people who enters. I like the food. But the only thing that caused it 3 stars is that I saw 4 other employees just eat and being lazy. All girls. Just leaving about 1 person up front.

This review is on their sandwich assembly. The guy smeared a generous amount of mayonnaise on both sides of the bread. Then on top of both the mayonnaise on both sides he put a layer of provolone cheese. Then he added the sandwich ingredients. I didn’t bother to watch him make my sandwich who cares right? Well I took it home and that’s where the problem came. I bit into the sandwich and it was so lubed with mayo and the fat from the cheese the entire contents of the sandwich ended up on the table. Thank God I sitting at the table or it would have ended up in my lap. The food tasted fine but I had to keep reassembling the sandwich. I eventually had to get a fork. Wth? Would have been good if the sandwich stayed together. Been here a couple of times. There’s always an issue. One time I walked in went to the counter and made my order. Their response was we’re closed. Why was I able to walk through the door abd stand there giving my order? It seems at some point I should have been stopped. Sandwiches are good if I can get it assembled correctly. Poor customer service. Probably won’t be back they’ve left a bad taste in my mouth.

Visiting Texas for the weekend, and I had a horrible experience with this Jimmy John’s location. In the past I have ordered from Jimmy John’s and had an amazing experience. When I placed my order I was under the impression that I selected«delivery» I still believe there was a glitch on the website after all the system did ask for my delivery address in addition to my billing address. I would suggest that your website administrator check the website. I spoke with Seth the manager at this location(5830 Highway 6) at no time did he attempt to create a solution for this mishap. Instead he was patronizing and condescending, he did not take into consideration my time, nor did he seem to hold any value for me as a customer. I expected better service from Jimmy John’s. This experience has showed me not purchase anything from Jimmy John’s also I will not be recommending them in the future. Seth in the future look for a solution instead of placing blame on your customer. I am awaiting my refund.

Ok, so this was my first time ever eating at jimmy johns and I sure was looking toward it since it was around 330 – 4PM, and I just got off of work. However, I sadly had a very unpleasant first visit. First impression: I walk in and see a young lady walking from the back of the store and placing bread into the bread racks.(Picture is attached) I thought this place was supposed to make fresh bread everyday? It even has a sign outside that says that they make fresh bread. Instead, I see her placing cold bread from a box and another worker grabbing a stick of bread to serve me once I ordered. This is very disgusting! Sandwich: I open the sandwich and notice that the mayo, lettuce, and ingredients were just messily chunked into it, which was not very eye catching. I only found one slice of thin cheese in my sandwich even though the menu said that it came with two slices. The ham was hanging out and had dijon mustard on it as well. Um, I am not exactly sure what the name of the sandwich was supposed to be, but I sure do remember that the sandwich I ordered was a tuna sandwich. Therefore, I do not know why there is dijon and ham in the sandwich. As for the BREAD, it was very very hard and was cold too! I could not even bite into it. Right then and there I knew for a fact that the bread was not fresh and was probably taken from the back refrigerators or storage or whatever they use. Complaint to employees: I go ask them if they could make me a new one since there was dijon mustard on it, and the bread was very hard and cold. Yet, they all look at each other and tell me that they can not take back a sandwich once customers take it to the dining area and eat from it. Yet, I explained to them that the bread was disgusting and that I should either get a refund or a new sandwich. However, they all just look at me blankly and tell me that they have to stick with their words and that they could not do anything about that. They then turn around and walk towards the back. I go back to my seat angrily but can hear them laughing and messing around, which was very unprofessional. Service: Service was terrible! Not only did they take out cold bread and place it on the bread racks infront of customers, they tell me no they can not take back or give me a new sandwich. What topped it all off was that they go laugh and talk loudly right after I complained to them about my sandwich. Specifically, the people there were this lady in the picture, one other young man, and two big white girls with glasses. I will never come back, and I hate this store with a passion. Hopefully, other jimmy johns stores are not as bad. 0 stars for this one at least.

Great Service! I showed up 2 minutes til closing. You would not have realized it by the attitude of the people working. Had my normal sandwich — it came out as it should. Consider adding bacon when you go.

I’m a huge fan of Jimmy John’s sandwiches and this location does not disappoint. Their sandwiches are made with the freshest tasting bread and ingredients. The service is ALWAYS super-fast whether you are dining in or driving through! They could be a little friendlier at the window, but otherwise I’m happy to have a location close to home.

For a fast food franchise, this is pretty darn good. It’s clean, fast, and fairly friendly service. I’m a big fan of their BLT sandwich. The only gripe I have is the very odd way the drive-thru is built; it’s rather hard to navigate around the concrete columns. I’d be surprised if several people haven’t already dented their cars on them.

First off, I hate reviewing chains. I usually only do it if it’s really good or really bad. This place falls in the latter. I went in last week on a particularly nasty rainy day. Most places had lost power but I saw that jimmy johns did not & my lazy bum could go through the drive through. I pull up to the window & the guy tells me that they list power & can’t serve for at least 30 minutes. Clearly I’m noticing that they actually do have power & they are making sandwiches & people are being served. I tell him that it looks like you have power to me. He then says the 30 minute wait is to heat up the equipment. Wth!!! I’m looking at them through the drive through window using the equipment & making sandwiches. I decide not to argue & drive off. I understand fast food placed are not usually Meccas of customer service. My expectations are usually lowered greatly when I go to one. Jimmy johns though, is in another category. All of the employees at this location are seriously somewhere else

It took me a while to appreciate Jimmy John’s subs. I always found them too bland and underwhelming. The only sandwich I can eat is the veggie one since the only meat I eat is chicken and sadly they don’t have a sandwich with chicken. That was until my husband suggested that I get their hot peppers on my sandwich. Holy crap, that did the trick. It was amazing! That is now my go-to addition to my sandwich and they don’t even charge extra for it! The sandwiches can be considered pretty pricey compared to something like Subway, but you can taste the freshness of the ingredients so it’s evident that it’s worth it. I do enjoy that this particular location has a drive-thru — that’s convenient for times where you don’t feel like getting out of the car. The service is extremely quick!

They get 3 stars only cause the sub was good. The service sucked. They had no napkins out. The cashier acted like she wanted to be anywhere but at work. I mean I get it. I know the part time minimum wage gig is not ideal but still … do your job. They are also a bit on the expensive side. They charge you for things I don’t think a sandwich shop should … like pickles.

Probably my favorite location! This Jimmy John’s is special because it features a drive thru! HOORAY! The service was quick and friendly. But the way the drive thru is built is kind of different. They have tons of yellow poles surrounding that side of the building. You have to be extremely careful not to drive into one or scrap your car across! I could barely reached the window but managed that the handler reached across further than I did. My favorite sandwich place since they keep everything really simple. My favorite is the vito with mayo!
