The food was good, I appreciate that the waiter didn’t mind me changing around some things in my sandwich, which turned out great(was a turkey sandwich on Ezekiel bread w avocado etc but I changed it to chicken on ciabatta w avocado etc.) The cucumber –lemonade was ok. Hubby liked his«drowning«sandwich, despite the name and that he had to eat it with a fork. We noticed the wall was a little dirty, would be easily cleanable. Seems like the clientele is mostly Spanish speaking so I felt a little out of place, but I would go back for the food. Glad to find a healthy, tasty restaurant in the Valley. Hope they open one in McAllen someday soon!

Just had our afternoon meal. We love mediterranean food. My wife said it was the best tabouleh she ever has. The chicken kabbob included pieces of smoked turkey bacon. The entire place is very clean and quiet! We enjoyed it very much. Expect to spend $ 20 per person before dessert. Worth the price. The only negative is that they did not have baba ghanouj which is our favorite more than humus.

I am vegan with gluten allergy and LOVE this place. I love going for brunch because their pancakes are excellent! The vegan enchiladas are the best around… their vegan sandwich is good but not gf… I believe they use Ezekiel bread… I had it once thinking it was gf bread and had a reaction… my husband is not a vegan, so he enjoys the green enchiladas. I look forward to trying their vegan ceviche!

I’m gonna give four stars for my first time eating there. I was in a huge rush and wanted something healthy but tasty. I was served quickly and waited no more than 10 minutes for the Middle Eastern Plate($ 16.99) I don’t usually go for exotic foods but I wasn’t about to resort to a cheese burger or some other fat filled carb bomb. I saw a photo someone else posted(don’t remember the name) of her husbands plate and thought«hey that looks good» so that’s what I ordered. It was a serving of two meat empanadas, two kibbeh, 3 grape leave rolls, rice, tabbouleh salad pita and Greek yogurt. I was only familiar with meat empanadas but was not disappointed with the plate as a whole. The yogurt I did not care for, but my mom LOVEDIT. Said it it reminded her of the jocoque yogurt she grew up eating. The leaves were the next thing I was wary about, but they were interesting. It tasted like a minty lettuce leave but was also filled with meat and some kind of grain. Last but not least there was the little salad which reminded me of ceviche but with no fish! So fresh and so good, I saved a little bit for later to eat with chips! Overall the plate was satisfying without feeling heavy, which I liked and was exactly what I was looking for today. :) Hope to be coming back soon to try other items!

I have only eaten at this place twice now. First time, very nice. Food and service all good. Second, took my college student daugther there for lunch and it was not very good at all. Sad. The menu is great; the staff very nice. Cute little place, too. And not far from STC. I liked the humous, tabouli and falafals the 1st time we went. Sweet potato fries are also a nice option. However, the 2nd time we visited, the falafals were super bland, undercooked in the middle; just plain soggy. Guh. I am hoping that they will master a more consistant product here, as I wish this littel local owned place the best of success. We need more healthy, vegan and vegetarian options in the RGV, and we love to eat many of those things on the menu. Just hope they get the preparation part down a little better and more consistantly ASAP!

My wife & I ate there for the first time today. Really nice menu & service was good but the Gyro & Mediterranean plate were terrible. My wife found a piece of aluminum foil in her plate. Won’t be going back. $ 24.00 of indigestion as well. Gyro meat was like jerky. kk

The food is super delicious and healthy! Every different plate I’ve tried has been more than satisfying! However, there’s only one server for the entire restaurant consequently making service to all customers painfully slow. Hiring at least one more server would make every customers experience more enjoyable. This place has the potential to become a top restaurant in the valley it just needs a few adjustments.

Delicious and healthy food! I am amazed at how yummy their Mediterranean food is and that it is also very healthy. I recommend the Middle Eastern plate and cauliflower ceviche. They even have a detox meal plan that I am very curious to try. The menu is delightful and you won’t be disappointed!
