I wish I could have gone to Dr. Sheets a long time ago for my neck and back pain! I appreciate reading reviews when I look for quality professional service. Dr. Sheets is all that and much more. I concur with the positive comments here about Dr. Sheets from the other 5Star Reviewers.
Beside Dr. Sheets’ unquestionable knowledge and ability to treat your pain with success and his genuine concern and respect for your well-​being, I would like to emphasize on the whole visit experience. Going to Dr. Sheets’ office is like taking a mini trip to a day spa. I almost looked for a robe and the sauna room :). Dr. Sheets took care of little details to make his office and your visit as peaceful and positive as possible: from the relaxing sound of the wall fountain that greets you in the waiting area and in almost every room, to his meticulous selection of soothing background music, to his awesome team of smiling massage therapists (Jaida and Chantra always asked me for my trouble spots so they could concentrate more on them). I would leave the office feeling pampered. Complete Satisfaction!
Each member of my family trusts Dr. Sheets with his gentle but effective adjustments because we believe strongly in non-​medicine chiropractic healthcare. The very fact that Dr. Sheets started out as a patient himself, which resulted in his choosing this profession, and that he has been practicing since 1982 and still truly enjoys treating his patients to date, is very commendable! I highly recommend Dr. Sheets!

I personally feel that Dr. Sheets is the very best!!! As an actress in Hollywood, I have a lot of long hours on my feet working on various TV shows & FILMS, but I know that any suffering from aching back or neck will cease once I get a treatment from Dr. Sheets. He has such a special, gentle technique which allows my back & neck to adjust with no aggressiveness. NO OTHER DR COULD DO THIS IN THE PAST. I also love the massages I get from the top quality masseuses. The front desk staff are so kind & helpful. I give this place a TWO THUMBS UP!

I walked in with a severe recurring pain in my neck and arm… could barely move my arm without wincing. Dr. Sheets worked his magic and I walked out feeling better than I have in weeks, and I learned some simple exercises that I can do to improve my posture and quality of life. So happy right now. My mum introduced me to Dr. Sheets for my migraines after I told her another chiropractor I was using was pretty far from my home and pretty expensive when considering my migraines usually require weekly visits. Dr. Sheets was able to take my insurance however, and not only did I get chiropractic, but massage as well, which is amazing considering a good amount of my migraine pain comes from muscle tension. I have been seeing Dr. Sheets for over a year now and my experiences are always great! I have recommend him and his team to my coworkers who also suffer from migraines, and they have only had good things to say as well!

Dr. Sheets is great. Such a nice and compassionate person. He has really helped with my neck and hip. No meds yay! He never forces anything and always takes his time. Very nice office with nice staff and good two good massage therapists. You cant ask for more! Highly recommended!

This quote from Thomas Edison could have been written for Dr. Sheets. And he’s here and now. Dr. Sheets is very knowledgeable; he takes care of his patients with the utmost care and attention. His precise adjustments take away stiffness and pain. He would take the time to show you very simple exercise to do at home. His massage therapists (Jaida, Teri, Chantra and more) are exceptional and professional. His «no negative» philosophy shows throughout his new zen like office. You can tell he loves his profession, because he has been taking care of patients for over 30 years! Dr. Sheets rocks!

I had to update this review because I went in for a prenatal massage a while ago (which was excellent, BTW) but I had a very uncomfortable encounter at the time. It had always surprised me that they don’t have any sort of digital accounts and were never able to print me up an itemized receipt for my HSA when I left, just a copy of the terminal slip. The problem is that they don’t seem to keep records on anything, including prices they quote to people. They don’t collect up front so when I was paying on the way out, I had my x amount of dollars ready to go, since Dr. Sheets told me it would be the same amount every time I came in. He also had been telling me I should try out the prenatal massage and kept saying it was the same price for me, whenever I come in. As I was paying, the front desk was trying to increase the amount due. I told her, not only had I confirmed the cost when I scheduled the appointment by phone, but that Dr. Sheets had told me it was always the same fee for each of my visits. At that point Dr. Sheets was walking a separate patient out of his treatment room, AND there was another patient in the hallway and he started, loudly, saying no, that was only when I saw him, not for other services, blah blah. It’s one thing to discuss patient finances, but to do it publicly and in front of other patients/​strangers??? How tacky and disrespectful. I hope they can get a bit more organized. Doing business on your word and a handshake can only work if you remember what you told someone while you were trying to sell your services. He said he would accept the lower fee that time, but that in the future, it would be more expensive. I told them there would probably not be a next time, though I don’t think they understood because I keep getting emails and text messages.

Professional, competent, courteous and super caring! Everyone… Dr. Murray, Dr. Hersch, Dr. Sheets, Tejal Patel, Sue and the entire massage therapy staff are outstanding.

With a sore back after a 12 hour flight I Unilocaled for a Chiropractor in Mission Viejo, Found this great place, I walked in without a appointment and the team introduced me to Dr Sheets he was very patient with my questions and recommended a simple de stress massage to start with. They have an in house team of massage professionals who attended to me in spite of me not having an appointment.
Great treatment and great customer service specially from Jana who was all smiles and from Dr Sheets.

I had a car accident in 2004 and have been through a plethora of physical therapists, pain management doctors and chiropractors. Dr Sheets and his massage therapists are the only ones that have targeted my pain, and thus, have provided me with relief. From the moment you walk into the office, you are wrapped in a relaxed, respected environment where you are listened to and feel genuinely cared for. I have moved out of the area… he and his staff have set the bar REALLY high!!!

Dr. Sheets was so helpful and my back and I are in complete gratitude! He immediately tuned into the tender and spots needing adjustment. The best part was I wasn’t tense when he did the neck adjustments. They were painless and I felt so much better afterwards. I highly recommend him when you’re looking for your next adjustment.

Dr. Sheets has helped me with numerous back, neck and shoulder issues over the years. I always respond to his style of adjustment. His overall concern for his patients well being has always impressed me.
