Unhappy to say the least. Leslie’s has their business hours incorrectly posted on the internet. Early Sunday evening at 5:39pm we noticed we had a broken seal on our pool vacuum. We looked online and saw that the Leslie’s located on Marguerite Pkwy. in Mission Viejo was open until 6pm so we rushed over there only to find out they closed at 5pm. What is the point of posting business hours on the internet if they aren’t going to adhere to them??? We will NOT be going back and will find a mom and pop pool supply to give our business to rather than a corporate store!

Horrible customer service. They care about you ONLY when you buy then they wont know you exist and wont bother with you unless you want to buy more. Now i have to spend hours disputing on my credit card all because they just blew me off when I brought back an item that didn’t work.

I have been coming to Leslie Pool Supply here in Mission Viejo since we bought a house with a pool back in 2009. The staff is very knowledgeable, and the store has a very good selection of pool supplies, parts, etc.

Very expensive. It the kind of place you go when you need something right now. I will, however, say the employee that helped me was very knowledgeable. I was impressed with the water analysis, he was not pushy. I purchased some chemicals which I found out later I could get on line for half the price. I will probably be back, but only when I need it right now, otherwise, I will look elsewhere.

It’s too bad. I would have rated them higher but my recent contact with the corporate office made me drop it to one star. Actually lack of contact. I asked to talk to the district manager and left a number. 3 days later I get a message from the district manager. He will be at the store for the next hour and if I wanted to talk with him to call the store number. Unfortunately I couldn’t call back within the hour. I tried to call but he was gone. Never heard from him since.

James needs to understand when a customer comes from dana point because the other location on town center drive does not have the correct«O» ring i‘m looking for, for my filter and have them double check if it‘s the correct part before i drive back that it‘s the correct part! When James explains on the phone from the original phone call that your having a «BAD» day(voluntarily)and talks like you(james) have had 20 cups of espresso that can be excused. But when i need to make another trip because I have the wrong part and now my pool is shut down because that«O» ring is NOT the proper one and I call to see if you have the correct part and when you ask me questions and I start to answer and you continue to talk over me as if you had an addition 10 cups of espresso(or maybe something else) and then THREATENYOUWILLHANGUPONME, then guess what? YOU are SUCCESSFUL at Leslie‘s pool supply customers going to another vendor and buy the pool supply there! The next time you are having relationship issues(or what ever else)– DON‘T BRINGITTOYOURJOBBECAUSEWEARENOTTHERETOLISTENTOIT! Specially when your rude and threaten to HANGUP on customers because your HAVING A BADDAYWHICHISNOFAULTOFTHECUSTOMER! To add insult to injury I drove the distance for this treatment. Good luck in finding new customers! GIVEME A BREAK!!! This happened a few weeks back.

I have used this place for a few years now. They do free water testing and are do not make every visit feel like a pressure sale. They provide several coupons in the mail. The manager is a great fellow with lots of good advice.

Clueless staff. I ordered a part for a pool filter, which was to take three days for delivery. Went in a week later to a very long wait, and went through three employees who couldn’t find the order. Finally they discovered it hadn’t come in yet. Went in two weeks later, another very long wait, and again they could not find the order, which had been prepaid. They said they had the part in stock, but no record of my purchase. I called the next day, to talk to the employee who took my order. Kept me on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up. Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. I will buy it again… somewhere else.
