The drinks are always made really well here ! The staff is also always very friendly. The reason I don’t give 5 stars is because they’re ALWAYS understaffed here. I feel so bad for the employees ! One time I came to order my drink and there was only one woman working. Poor lady had to take all the orders and then quickly run over to make the drinks while more customers came in to order. Very sweet staff and again, well made drinks. I hope they staff better for the sake of the employees.

This particular jambs juice only has a few açai bowls on the menu. Today I ordered the Açai Primo bowl and it’s a a little too liquidy and I’m also making a mental note to ask for less honey next time. way too sweet!

Gotta love Jamba Juice! Healthy smoothies, snacks, and fresh squeezed juices. My favorite smoothie is the Tropical Mango refresher (made with coconut water). Depending on what is going on in the mall, this place can be pretty packed! They do a great job keeping up with the crowd. Also try their wraps and trail mix!

I love this place! I love getting my wheat grass from here. The girls are super friendly and it doesn’t matter how busy they are, they will cut up a room temperature orange wedge for me every time. Thank you for your awesome customer service!

I love Jamba Juice, just not this location. This was my second time here and both times I have been given a drink that was filled about 1 inch shy of the top of the cup/lid. Every other Jamba Juice that I have been to fills their cups full. It is either a bad employee I keep getting or Management has told their employees to skimp on the smoothies to save money. Needless to say, I will be skipping this Jamba Juice in the future because when I pay $ 5 for a drink, it better be full. On the bight side, they are fast at getting the drinks out.

Big Jamba fan, but something has changed besides the price increases. I’m a Mango Mantra fan and always order the low-cal mango. My wife often does the same like she did last week. Mine had no mango punch so I tasted her’s and it was the same, flat, off-taste. Tried another Jamba this week and it was also different and flat.
Recipes might have changed. Prices are up big time for a smoothie. Counter personnel seem preoccupied with each other and not the customer-relations bonanza of yesteryear. They seem to be following the Starbucks business model and now selling a bunch of other crap and not focusing on their core business. (Too bad, too.)

Strawberry surf rider is my fave.
There is almost always a very long wait, even when it isn’t crowded. At my most recent visit, I waited for close to 3 minutes, just standing at the register, before anyone even took my order. There was no one in front of me! I would have left, but darn it, I really wanted a smoothie!
5 stars for the actual smoothie, 1 star for the service.

This location can get quite busy when the mall is packed with shoppers, but the turn around is quick so you shouldn’t have to worry about waiting around too long for your order.

Horrible @9:15 they refused to make wheat shot saying they need to clean the clearly dirty machine.
I’m sick and tired of lazy employees that put their needs first.
Before I got in the «LONG LINE» I confirmed that the wheat grass machine was dirty and the «Grass» was out.
All we wanted was a simple shot of wheat grass for my father in law that was sick with a cold. We got in line and clearly can see the machine to squeeze the wheat grass was recently used. Grass was still in the cylinder and dripping.
The young «BOY» in charge said they need to go home and cannot make the shot. They were open for another 45 minute. Go home? What the hell does that have to do with making the shot when they will still need to clean the machine?
I’ve ordered shots hundreds of times. When the machine is CLEAN, I will NOT ASK for the shot.
The Jamba Juice in Mission Viejo Mall wasted my time while in line and the employees were lazy.
Boycott this store at LEAST once.
