A place like this is only as good as their staff. Sometimes they are perfectly staffed and service is good. But sometimes they are understaffed and service obviously suffers. Lately they have been good.

These guys are very good take your order over the phone and having it ready for you when you arrive so that you don’t have to wait and the reason I do this is because if I do go in and place an order it is kind of slow

I just witnessed an middle aged fat man and his bully son harassing and yelling at the workers in this store because they wouldn’t give him the extra waste from his smoothie, which they are not allowed to do, I felt so bad for whoever was working tonight.
Every other time I’ve had a good experience so I couldn’t believe what I was seeing.

Awesome Jamba Juice! Went in this morning for the first time in what seems like forever… I totally didn’t even recognize the menu! But with some amazing service from a lady in a black, and a GREAT suggestion of a pineapple/​green juice, I am nothing but a happy camper. The store was clean, the other gentleman in black was also very kind, and I was both greeted and thanked. Excellent manners– I honestly can’t say enough about this Jamba Juice! I will be back soon!!! Thanks Laguna Niguel Jamba Juice crew!

I don’t drink coffee, but I love me my juice! I love this Jamba Juice location, I don’t know why others rate it so low! It’s on the way to my work and I like to stop in occasionally and usually order the Banana Berry Smoothie when I don’t have time to make my own smoothies at home! The staff is very friendly and work fast so I can get to work on time!
Not enough people write about the good reviews, so I hope the workers know they are doing a great job! There was one girl who was very sweet, maybe a manager, I don’t know her name but it’s so nice to see early in the morning!

I love there chunky strawberry bowl and I came in today. There’s no one waiting in line made me wait 15 min for my bowl I finally get home and I noticed they didn’t add any peanut butter :(((((

Clean store. Smells good (like fresh squeezed oranges). Good customer service, Daren is always very helpful and answers any questions I may have. The juices are very overpriced, but at least they taste good. They do have occasional specials, but those days the store is always PACKED. 5 star customer service, 1 star prices=3 stars

Is this the world’s slowest Jamba Juice? I stopped in for what I was hoping would be a quick treat for my kid. With hardly any guests and 3 people behind the counter it took over 20 minutes to get a small smoothie. When we finally got back to the car I realized the lid was broken and the smoothie spilled on my little girl. Faster service and attention to detail would make a world of difference.

I used to love coming to this jamba juice but today my experience was not good. The lady that gave me my order practically slammed my order down after I told her that my order was incorrect and she was very rude and it was as though she hated her job. I ordered a fruit and yogurt bowl which comes with greek yogurt and topped with strawberries, blueberries, honey, and granola. At the register, I specifically told the cashier no granola (because I am allergic) and to add extra strawberries and bananas to replace the granola. When I received my order, it had granola without bananas and she yelled at me when I complained.

Came in here mid-​afternoon and was warmly greeted. Order 2 smoothies– an orange one and a mango one. Everything was quickly made and tasted great. Nothing bad to say here– this is a good Jamba location.

Loving their new «Greens n Ginger» after yoga at Lifetime is a new routine I now enjoy. I always add the protein boost and will sometimes add other boosts if I’m feeling tired or if I’ve been around sick people.
I also love their ginger shots with Lemon and Cayanne pepper. Perfect energy boost!

My kids and I frequent this place because it’s walking distance from our house and my daughter’s school. Most of the employees are very friendly. The female manager can be a real grump though. Another employee messed up my order and overcharged me $ 5.50. I was not even annoyed, just asking for it to be corrected and she acted all huffy. She didn’t even correct the error, she gave me a bunch of almost expired coupons and a card for a free small smoothie which didn’t cover the $ 5.50 overcharge. When I came back a week later, I tried using the coupons and she acted like it was a real inconvenience. She just kept repeating that I could only use 2 coupons. If she’d just refunded the $ 5.50, I would even have these stupid coupons –_–
Other than that, we do love this location. It’s convenient, clean and has lots of seating.

It has a huge counter and is much bigger than other stores.
Very clean and there was only one worker there before lunch on Wednesday.
