Loved it!!! Great selection(including low fat and low sugar), incredible flavor, and a nice atmosphere. Self serve(like Yogurtland), but way better. I only wish they had more locations… this is it. Come to Orange

Best quality yogurt that I think is out there. My favorite is the dulce de leche. Staff is funny and kind. I have zero complaints about this place except for the fact that it’s to far from my home!

Tried this place for the first time yesterday after reading many great Unilocal reviews. This community does not disappoint! In a sea of chain yogurt shops, this place had nice character. Also, the caramel apple yogurt may be my favorite frozen yogurt flavor ever. Tasted exactly like the Carmel apple pops I had growing up. Looking forward to visiting again. About $ 5 for my wife and I. Definitely worth it.

Place is cool relaxing tinted windows to block the sun soft leather chairs good music friendly staff and over 20 flavers with tons of topping choices and best of all the price is super low unlike other yogurt stores that are crowded with less than 10 choices hard seats bright window views no music and sky high prices. Frapys is a must try!

You ever watched a Lakers game at a yogurt shop? Naw u haven’t cause you’re not dope enough to hit up frappys. Best yogurt shop in OC, they have a grip of flavors that other places don’t have, and they’re all on point. The dude that works here is the best employee the owner of this establishment could ever want, he not only walks around like a total boss the whole shift, but he treats every customer like they’re his damn fam. Hold up, think that’s it, sitbackdownman, they got a huge flat screen in the back and U KNOWTHATBOSSISPUTTINTHEGAMEON. Yeah, they got couches too, wusup, u mad yet? U mad you’ve wasted ur life thinking yogurtland has anything on frappys? Well good news, frappys is the cheapest yogurt in OC so make up for lost time son. Check it, you’ll be a better human being for stoppin in.

Love frappys. Customize my own guilty pleasure and people working the register are always friendly. There are lots of great flavors to combine or cover in a delicious topping. Need a sweet fix? Go to frappys!

I LOVE this place. It’s very quaint and has a relaxing coffeehouse vibe to it. The service is always so friendly AND they often have a dairy-free yogury that you don’t see too often is these serve yourself places. The price is fair and they have LOTS of delicious toppings and sauces. Great place to enjoy a sweet treat and unwind.

Great selection of different yummy flavors. Too bad they dont have a creamy marshmallow topping since it is a nice lighter choice to the standard chocolate and caramel or even just marshmallows to throw on top. All in all still way better than the chain«yogurt» places since this local shop has way more choices of frozen yogurt flavors.

Yogurt is good but customer service sucks. The older lady that works there was very rude. She seemed reluctant to give me a sample cup when i asked for one. She dropped the money i gave her and she sighed at me as if it was my fault. She didn’t say ‘thank you’ until i did and even then she gave off a lot of attitude. Would not go there just because of her and her snotty attitude.

This is by far my favorite frozen yogurt place, WAY better than any Yogurtland or Pinkberry or any other froyo chain. Ask for a few samples and you’ll probably have a hard time deciding which one to get because they’re all soooooo good! My favorites are cake batter, roasted marshmallow, and vanilla bean… but really I haven’t tried a flavor that I didn’t like. Lots of choices for add-ins too! Just do yourself a favor and GO. Every single flavor tastes exactly like it says it does, it’s amazing, really… Awesome selection and super-friendly help. Great vibe of people staying to hang out and eat or just coming in and taking out. All the toppings you’ll ever need, great selection, awesome flavor, friendly staff.

It was my first time at FRAPYS Yogurt tonight and I absolutely loved it. They had a wide variety of flavors from toasted marshmallow to crème brûlée. The enviroment was a cool and chill place to sit down and enjoy your frozen yogurt. They had a good amount of toppings too. The price was inexpensive and how much you would normally expect to pay for frozen yogurt. The only worker there was also kind. I will definetly return to this place when I’m back in Mission Viejo.

The owner at Frapy’s lets me clean his windows(I’m a professional window cleaner with my own business) in exchange for froyo. As a vegan, I haven’t had a good chocolate flavored ice cream or sorbet in a long time. Dairy free, the CHOCOLATE sorbet here reaches new heights for flavor. Friendly, sweet, kind staff will help you choose your flavors and talk to you while in line which makes you feel welcomed and acquainted. There’s other good vegan flavors, such as blood orange and strawberry lemonade, but nothing beats the chocolate flavor! There’s a really nice girl here who, if I remember correctly, either has braces, or just kind of crooked teeth but she’s SUPER Friendly and I love coming here just to talk to her! Keep up those clean windows! And don’t clean your counter with the same rag you clean the floor ;)

I don’t claim to be a fro-yo expert, what I do know is that I like Frapy’s a heck of a lot. I discovered this place while in Orange County on a hot day, and a craving for something cool and sweet overtook me. I pulled out the handy-dandy Unilocal app, saw that Frapy’s was less than a mile away, and wandered over. Frapy’s doesn’t look like your typical fro-yo shop. Most fro-yo shops are bright and white and ultramodern. Frapy’s is dark and mellow and feels more like a coffee shop or jazz café. If I lived in the area, I could totally see myself coming here with my laptop and whiling away an afternoon. The ordering process is just like at any other fro-yo shop. Grab a handful of sample tasters, decide what flavors tickle your fancy, fill a cup with whatever combo of fro-yo flavors and toppings you want, and expect to pay by the ounce. Frapy’s definitely stands out in terms of its gourmet flavors. I filled my cup with dulce de leche and salted caramel corn, which I topped with fresh strawberries and boba. The salted caramel corn was definitely the better of the two, since it was rich and flavorful and had a good sweet/salty contrast. Don’t get me wrong — the dulce de leche was just fine, but a little bit watery for my taste. The prices here are on par with your typical fro-yo joint. But the convenience of being the only decent fro-yo shop in Mission Viejo? That’s pretty much priceless.

Omg I am in love!!! This place totally rocks with delicious yogurt flavors and amazing toppings. Came here on a late Sunday afternoon and tried all the flavors, and I must say I loved all of them. The salted caramel corn though is in a whole different league, I fell head over heals for that one. I also really enjoyed the Dutch chocolate, cake batter and dulce de Leche. I ended up, as always, with a container full of tart flavors. I love tart and fruity flavors, usually those flavors are really light and refreshing, allowing me to really indulge. The trio that I found combined well with one another was mango, plain tart and pomegranate tart. I added some Mochi to that and I was in heaven for about 2 min(yes, that’s how long it took me to devour my little container). My only regret leaving that place was that I should have gotten the big container instead of the small one. For 39 c an ounce you can stuff those containers and still never make a dent in your wallet. They also have cute little cards that they stamp for every container you buy and after 10 you get some free yogurt. The toppings were plentiful as well, in clean and organized containers. There is a large convenient parking lot with spaces for days, and a handsome young cashier at all times to help you out. I really loved this place, my sister in law introduced me to it and I am eternally grateful to her. I really recommend this place to anyone that loves frozen yogurt and much as I do, and please believe me, I will be back over and over again.

Over 22 flavors, and 39 cents per ounce! 11 stalls include these flavors with 3 levers, the left, the right, and the middle mix. These are the pairs: Vanilla Custard & Dutch Chocolate, Original Tart, NY Cheesecake & Caramel Green Apple, Mango & Coconut, Pistachio & Fudge Brownie, Pomegranate Raspberry Sherbert & Thin Mint, Watermelon Sherbert, Crème Brulee, Peanut Butter & Cookies n’ Crème, Dulce de Leche, Vanilla & Chocolate, Cotton Candy & Strawberry Banana, Sea Salt Caramel & Cake Batter. A steady flow of traffic on a Thursday afternoon between 3−4pm. The guy working wasn’t too friendly, but did his job diligently as I saw him cleaning up the crumbs and droppings along the toppings station multiple times. Unlike Yogurtland or other froyo stores, the toppings selection here is pretty minimal. What they do have are: fruits, white mochi, strawberry popping boba balls, cookie crumbs, nuts, cereals, and 2 kinds of pumps: Ghirardelli Chocolate syrup & Ghirardelli Caramel sauce. The décor is quite fun one part of the wall features panoramic shots of NYC, SF bridge, Paris, Venice, and Madrid? The other wall towards the back seems like a community board… Lots of ads, business cards, flyers for upcoming local events, etc. It shows that they support local businesses and customers can express their voices here. Nice. FRAPYS Yogurt is a small place tucked in among the auto and retail businesses on Via Fabricante Rd. If you’re coming from Jeronimo, it’s way at the end of the long strip… and very close to Alicia Pkwy.
