If there was zero star I would pick it. The jerk who works at this store named Aaron has no respect or any sense of customer service. If you hate your job why are you even working at Baskin robins? Grow up and learn to respect people and not ask«what else,» stop being so pushy.

Noticed a trend going on here the scoops are getting smaller. And they weigh the cups to make sure you don’t get more than anyone should

My wife and I went to Baskin Robins on Saturday night for a Banana Split, the scoops were so tiny, basically a bite and a half each, with only a little topping, with mostly whipped cream. For the price I paid, I would expect a full sized scoop, not an appetizer. Next time we’re in the mood for ice cream, we’ll go to Farrell’s at the Spectrum, at least we get what we pay for.

Hadn’t stopped here for a while, but went in & got a Banana Royale. Now I remember why I stopped going here! The scoops of ice cream were SOSMALL, gone in practically 2 bites each! Seriously. The owner must be telling the employees to make small scoops. Nowhere near worth the $$ spent.

My boyfriend and I come here very often and we had two lovely ladies who were always very nice to us. They know who we are and if they reading this tell them hello, we come in right before closing.(sorry) Recently they have not been there we have been helped by a young man with plugs who never seems to be in a good mood, disputed our friendly attitudes. We came in 20 minutes till closing and all the ice cream was covered and this young man who has served us many times before seemed very annoyed that we came in «late». We asked for two, three scoop Sundays which comes out to about 15 $(wow) and we got equivalent to 1 and ½ scoop Sunday’s. Now i realize we cannot receive extra scoops or ask for more, but as customers of over 15 years at this location, it has gotten so bad that we are writing a Unilocal review about it. We will no longer be going to this Baskin Robbins, if you do, be sure to come ready and knowing you will be ripped off. To our 2 late night worker girls, you are the best!

Not sure this is really Baskin Robbins ice cream. «Ice» it is not! It is soft and mushy and not the least bit refreshing. Don’t be so cheap and turn up the coolers! Portions here are really peenchy too. 3.50 for a scoop smaller than a golf ball. Cone was completely empty. Last few times we’ve been here there were no other customers. Doesn’t surprise me. We won’t be back either. Anyone who posts that this is a positive experience must be a relative.

I came back and got their banana royale. Good? Yes. Expensive? Oh yes! Will I come back? Yes. I may try one of their smoothies next time.

I hate to give such a low review, but I visit a LOT of BRs and this is the ONLY one I’ve ever visited that does not give the full size shake I order. Not cool! The service is okay — nothing to write home about — and I wouldn’t mind if I didn’t get a partial milkshake. I’ve tried this location three times, as it is the closest to my work office. The first two times, I mentioned to the employee that the cup was not full. They responded that the small size comes with three scoops of ice cream… I know that because, as mentioned, I order way more BR milkshakes than I should from various locations. The third time I received the partial shake, I didn’t say anything, except to myself that I will never visit this location again no matter how much I’m craving ice cream. Other locations I’ve visited have given me a dome lid and poured above the cup line or even gave me an extra little cup with excess shake. I’m not trying to run anyone out of business by asking for extra but I SHOULD receive all of what I pay for — the shakes are not cheap!

While i do like their ice cream, I’ve gotta say that they are stingy with their portions. You would think that with all the popularity that frozen yogurt has gained over the last couple of years that Baskin Robbins would try to step it up a bit. I just paid $ 2.99 for a tiny little scoop. It’s good ice cream but not worth it. I’d rather find a Rite Aid or just go buy a bucket of ice cream and cones. Thanks but no Thanks Baskin.

The service is quick and friendly. They allow you to sample the ice creams. The staff keeps the place clean and tidy. Overall, I enjoy my visits to this Baskin Robbins and would continue to come again.

Lots of changes lately. Really clean place and great workers here. I’ve sampled SO much, but my fave is still bubblegum. Great cakes too, pretty good decorating!

I have been coming to this location quite often over a year, and finally writing a review ONLY because I am very satisfied today’s service. There’s a new girl staff, she just packs ice cream sooooooo much. I have never seen a long line at any BR but recently at here, line does exist!!! Many customers and extra big scoops empty buckets faster, people can get fresher ice cream at this location. I got PB cup and snickers flavors, both were packed into cups so densely and huge, they were firm enough and fresh. Two girls were keeping the place neat and selling ice creams like hot cakes tonight.

This place is so odd. I have never in my life tasted such unusual and gross Baskin-Robbins ice cream. My daughter and I got two different flavors, basic ones. Chocolate, and chocolate chip. I tried hers thinking that maybe mine had just gone bad. I realized that hers tasted funny too. We didn’t get sick, but then again we talked most of it. Other patrons were complaining about it at the same time, so it’s not like my taste buds had gone bad or something. The young man behind the counter was utterly clueless. He asked me three times what we wanted and we said exactly the same thing each time. He just kept asking me with a puzzled look on his face. «Chocolate cone». I am not sure what else to say? Chocolate — coooonnneeee. Slower. A cone with chocolate ice cream in it? That handle looking thingy but with some chocolate cold stuff? Ayiyiyi When we sat down, I noticed dust and dirt and pieces of things everywhere. The place look like it had not been cleaned in years. Just curious if the health department ever visits this place? Purely disgusting. I will never be back.

Jamoca ice cream is pretty good with a hint of coffee flavors. they have plenty of flavors to choose from. my favorite so far are salted caramel, jamoca, pineapple coconut, and cookie dough. but haagen dazs. you can always ask for sample and they will gladly give it to you. big parking lot but it gets crowded during rush hour.

If you have to have ice cream, this will do. However, do not bring anyone you wish to impress here. The interior looks 30 years old. And cleanliness-forget about it. My niece was kicking something that looked like a Lee Press On Nail across the floor. Nuf said!
